Travel triangle shortlisted 4 agents for my tour. I have selected the least quotation. The agent was very friendly and customized my tour as per our flight schedule and changed couple of hotels (of course with additional cost). However, after reaching there, I could feel that the agent booked hotels far from the main cities/centers to save money. This restricted our movements (particularly during evenings). The hotels were good but they are faaaar. One more thing, had the operator been some more attentive and planned our tour in reverse sequence i.e. Day 1 Bentota, day 2 Nuwara Eliya, day 3 Kandy.... We could have saved lot of time and enjoyed the trip more.

This is not the first time we have taken help of Travel Triangle. Last year, we had a wonderfully wonderful trip arranged through Travel Triangle. This year too, when we (Me,My wife and 2 sons) decided on visiting Sri Lanka, it was but natural to approach Travel Triangle considering our good experience last year. They connected us with 2 Travel Agencies and after multiple rounds of discussions and negotiation and changes in itinerary, we booked our trip through Tropical Ceylon. Manoj was our Driver cum English speaking guide and I must say he did a fabulous job considering his limitations. The places we visited were Wonderful and the activities we partook were wow. Though some activities appeared a bit too pricey- Especially the Diving and Tube riding at Bentota. What I didn't like and I am really upset about is that though Tropical Ceylon booked us and charged us for 3* facility, none of the Hotels were 3*. Moreover, the hotels at Bentota was awful. It was infested with Mosquitoes and there no Mosquito repellants or Waste bins in the rooms. We had to call up Travel Triangle as the Hotel staff were not taking any interest. In Negombo also the accomodation was not of standard and the lighting of the room and Bathroom were awfully inadequate. Except for this 2 blips, the tour was excellent. And both Tropical Ceylon and tRavel Triangle should look into tbhgis matter in right earnest. I am not asking for a refund of the expenses charged to us as the Hotels were not 3 *. But what happened, I felt CHEATED.

Good trip. Well arranged by I am lanka tour operator. Adjusted the itinarary due to change in our flight schedule. Car and driver excellent. Nooha gave support to us during the trip. Good hotels except one hotel in Bentota which was homestay and not 3 star hotel as told by the tour operator. After complaint from us they gave some compensation for this. Overall good trip. Madu river ride, fish pedicure. Nuwara eylia good hotel location and nice weather. Hotel lake wind at Tissamarhama was nice facing the lake.

Initially we were suprised to know that itinerary carried by Direct Link cab driver was different than the one finalised by us with Tra vel Triangle, Gurgaon. India. We wasted few hours and finally Direct Link agreed to our itinerary. It will be of great help if a small write up of places with historical background is provided to tourists. The cab driver should be more informative on timings of Museum, Zoos etc., instead of telling the tourists that it is closed after reaching there. About Hotel accommodation barring HOTEL GRAND KHALUNDAWA at Dombulla, it is totally away from Town (about 10 KMs) and it is isolated. OVERALL, THE TRIP IS GOOD AND DRIVER IS VERY GOOD AND WELL BEHAVED.

New Delhi (Delhi), India 227 The best ! Review of Pearly Gates Lanka Reviewed 2 days ago When I booked the tour through Pearly gates I was expecting good service, but ended up being totally overwhelmed by the experience I had with this company. I first contacted Nimni over phone and was happy at her prompt answers and friendly tone.I booked with her soley on the basis of what I could guage of her over conversations on phone.( Travel Triangle was the aggregator) She had promised me a good guide cum driver and a big van for the three of us (my husband, son and I ). Rikfy picked us up from my hotel first ( I was atteding an international conference) and then my family from the airport and the next seven days we spent in Paradise ! He was a careful driver, a wonderful guide and a true friend. Attentive at all times, smiling advising, he made our tour truly special. Behind all this was Nimni - calling us to find if everything was ok. They had booked good hotels, the travel by van was very comfortable but most important - the personal touch at every moment by Rikfy made everything special. On the last evening we ordered dinner at the restaurant in Hotel Ocean Colombo but when the food didnt come even after almost an hour we were very upset. We called Rikfy and though it was after 10.30 pm he came and took us to an Arabian restaurant. As some of us are diabetic this was a life saver !.I recommend Pearly gates to everybody if you want true service with a smile, and Nimni and Rikfy really make you feel at home in Sri Lanka !

Our recent family trip to Sri Lanka was very well-organized and efficiently executed. The locations of hotels was great and the service was good too. Our tour guide, Rilwan, was very friendly and knowledgeable. His patience and efficiency made the entire experience even better. It's a beautiful country with many scenic spots and lovely people. It was a memorable trip! Thank you to leisure tours and travel triangle! There were many beautiful memories but one of the best was the hike to Little Adam's Peak and the view from there was just mesmerizing.

Overall it was a great trip. It was absolutely as per the itinerary I designed. Being a solo trip, travel companion mattered the most and Shanuka, my driver was a delight to travel with. Though I've complaints about the hotels especially the one in Sigiriya, however, post trip analysis doesn't make it sound so bad. They did the best within the budget I had. Having said that, please reconsider the hotels you are associated with for the below reason: 1) Wifi 2) Connectivity and accessibility 3) Restaurant This was my second trip with Travel Triangle and I'm sure my future trips will also be with them. Taking into consideration few glitches such I did not receive the SIM card as committed and unclear communication to the driver about his meals, I'm still happy with the experience trips.lk have created for me.

I was on tour of Sri Lanka for 6 nights/7 days.Must mention that everything went perfect as planned n offered by Tropical Ceylon /Mr.Chandirama Prasad . Particular mention for Chuffer/Guide Mr. Priyanth who was very cordial, giving all info. and helping find Indian Restaurants too ! We went to 1. Sigiriya /Dambolla 2. Kandy 3 . Nuara Elliya 4. Yala National Park 5. Bentota & 6. Colombo . Hotel at Bentota was LALUNA AYURVED RESORT located right on River Bentota on one side & Arabian Sea after crossing the river.Lovely rooms. 2. Slight problem was at Colombo. We were booked at Hotel Palm but ON ARRIVAL THERE, THEY said Hotel is booked by Chinese for next 3 years and no such info. was conveyed to CDriver or to us on EMAIL OR WHATS APP so we were quite unhappy initially. After a while, we came to know that our hotel is shifted to WONDER HOTEL,COLOMBO instead of Hotel Palm .In the process, we wasted half an hour but finally got Sea view rooms at Wonder Hotel which was even better than PALM Hotel. Direct Link is a very good and reliable travel agent in Sri Lanka. Shafna from Direct Link helped us plan our Sri Lanka trip very well. She was very courteous, well-behaved, responsive before, during and after booking the trip. It was a pleasure interacting with her. Rizmi, our driver-guide, was very courteous, punctual and always available when we needed him. I would recommend him to anyone traveling to Sri Lanka. The only con was the food quality and service at the hotels -- Sri Lankan hotels really need to improve the behaviour and responsiveness of their servers and front office staff. While Horton Towers in Nuwara Eliya, Mandara Resort in Mirissa, and Manara Beach in Beruwala were just about ok in terms of service, Ehalagala Resort in Sigiriya was the pits. The service quality at most of the hotels wasn't up to the mark. Ehalagala Resort in Sigiriya was the pits. There was no electricity or hot water (I had to literally beg for a bucket of hot water to take a shower as I had fever and couldn't shower with cold water), the intercom was not working, the food quantity was a joke, and service was very, very bad, to say the least. The manager wouldn't even look people in the eye or be courteous while talking and should be fired immediately. We heard that the hotel staff can't do their work properly because of his inefficiency. The food at Horton Towers and Mandara Resort needs improvement, as does the time responsiveness of the servers and hotel staff. At Manara Beach (Beruwala), on the first day, the hotel staff messed up, as our rooms had been given to some other people as we arrived late. They later made up by giving us really good rooms and great service. The food at Manara Beach was excellent.

Mr. Shanil was continuously connected with us through out the Trip. He enquired about each and every aspects and did the needful asap. The Driver Dushmanta was amazing. He knows the roads like thelines of his palm. He guided us excellently throughout the tour. The Hotel Ganga Addara was fantastic. The rroms food and most importantly view is amazing. The DMV villa location was wonderful. The rroms were very good but as Nuwara Eliya is prone to power cut, they should have a power back up. The Food and Locationof Moon Beam Wild was good. The Hasara Resort Swimming pool was awesome along with its food. They offered us Kottu and that was really splendid to try with the Lankan Fish Curry. The Concord Grand location was great, inthe heart of the City. The food was also good.... We enjoyed our stay of 7 days in Srilanka. Apart from some miscommunication in Hotel Check in Everything else was fine. Thanks a lot Travle Triangle and Travco...☺️ The Sunset in Bentota and Sunrise in Yala were splendid.. The views were mesmerizing..
