Feedback for my recent trip:Overall, the trip had its ups and downs. While the accommodations were clean and the driver was friendly, there were several areas of mismanagement by the travel agent that need improvement. Despite specifically requesting balcony rooms at each of the three hotels booked, none of them fulfilled this request. Additionally, I made it clear that I didn't want any museum or park visits included in the itinerary, yet they were still added. On the final day, there was a lack of planned activities, and we ended up simply being driven to the airport with no other sights to see, except for a lake we had already visited on the first day. Furthermore, I requested to have only one driver for the entire four-day trip, but there was a change in the middle, causing some inconvenience. Despite these issues, we managed to enjoy the trip, but these aspects definitely detracted from the overall experience. Thank you
