As an honest opinion, Travel Triangle should get involved more once the trip is booked a) to ensure defined policies are clearly explained to a customer b) to understand if Agents are following the guidelines c) take regular updates from customer about ongoing communications In my case, a) Agent took long for Visa processing and as consequences I had to bear the increased cost even after confirming the booking and paid First installment on time. b) There were on the spot surprises to pay Tourist fees which was never briefed upfront. Had to cut my shopping items due to loosing out some currency because of same.

White Lily arranged our trip very well except few instances. Dhow cruise on first day would have been planned from 7pm insted of 9pm (It was very late since we travelled from India on the same day). Also, had to change last day's plan after waiting for an hour. Due to which we didn't get enough time for shopping. Desert safari was awesome.
