      We had an amazing Sri Lanka trip Thanks to Travel triangle. Dilini from steeple tours and Chetna from travel triangle ensured that the whole experience from booking to holidaying was extremely smooth. All Hotels and the cab service were as per our expectations. The package charge was quite reasonable when compared with others. I would highly recommend Travel triangle. Rhandoole resort, Joes Resort and Radisson were the best hotels. Nuwara Eliya is a heaven on earth due to the greenery and weather. Kandy is extremely beautiful. Madhu river boat safari should not be missed by any tourist. Clean and pristine beaches of Bentota are a must visit. Seethamma temple is another beauty. Shopping at House of fashion is excellent.

      Mostly paid places is covered and not the free sightseeing. And there was holiday on 13 th due to tamil new year and this day we went only one place in colombo and whole day there was no sightseeing since colombo was closed that day and this was not informed to us by travel agent before finalising the itinerary.otherwise we can change the dates of flight and tour..and on 1 st day arrival missed two main attraction places this was also not informed to us that this places closed soon by 5 .30 pm. disappointed abt the trip to Sri lanka ..will not book tour through travel traingo , this was my first trip from travel trango.i will book from mmt only as clear communication and well planned itinerary is provided in benefit of customer.

      My trip to SL was over all amazing and what’s promised in the trip was covered. 5 days trip was very friendly and stayed in Anuradhapura, Sirigia, N. Ellla, Colombo. Country is very safe and people are friendly and didn’t encountered any issues. Perfectly safe and friendly. Mr. Fernando was was the face of our travel and made customisations to my trip and was easy and simple. Our trip advisor/driver Mr, Duminda was friendly and was taking care of us which is very key for a successful trip as he was the translator in many parts of the trip.. Over all hotel stays and the food in hotels were very good and enjoyed a lot, I would recommend anyone travelling to Srilanka with Travaco … cost effective and genuine trip advisor….       Crimson Voyages should be your go to agent for Sri Lanka trip. I had an amazing time with ny family there. The hotels chosen were pretty clean, spacious and worth the money! The lead- Nurshida was available over the call all the time in case of any need during the trip and was really sweet in welcoming us with gifts as a gesture as we arrived :) The driver assigned was also really helpful in navigating and helping us with the language barrier.       Last time when we visited, we stayed in the same hotels. Rooms were good. This time it was not good. Had paid entrance fees for National museum but we couldn't go due to time constraint, also money was not refunded.

      Most of the hotels were good, except the last one. Welcome drink was not offered and food was also not good in the last hotel. Cab driver could have been smarter and could have avoided a fine levied by the police and paid by us. Shanil was reachable and approachable but unnecessarily lied here and there for a few small things. Srilanka is a nice place, and first 2-3 hotels were good.

      Ceyathra Destination had quoted the highest price (about 50-60 USD more) than its counterparts for a 6 day 7 night trip in March 2020. However, we stuck to Ceyathra because Gishan interacted personally and solved each and every query that we had before the trip. He was available 24*7 and was quick with responses and feedback. He showed amazing flexibility in making changes to the tour schedule and made sure we had a comfortable and fun filled experience. He and his driver Chitra had made sure that our 88 year old father who was travelling with us was comfortable too. Right from picking up at the Colombo airport, to dropping us back Ceyathra Destination offered immaculate service which came in form of Chatura the driver.       I booked my Srilanka trip with Oasco holdings. The whole process of booking from the get go has been very smooth. I had a set plan where i had work for 2 days and then vacay time, travel agent Dilusha was very thoughtful of my schedule and suggested places i could visit and things to do in the stipulated time i had and helped me pick and choose whats best for me. I had my concerns about safety as I was travelling alone and made sure to inform the same to her, but the driver Akhila and guide Chathura were such good souls I didn't have to worry about a thing throughout the trip. They were mindful of what i needed every single day - food, comfort, foreign exchange etc.. On the whole i had a wonderful trip and would love to visit again leisurely. Scuba diving
