We had a wonderful trip. The entire itinerary was customized to suit our needs and everything went smoothly as planned. The agent in Thailand was constantly in touch to ensure that things went as planned. The cars provided were fantastic and the drivers were polite and good at their job. The hotels were good but could gave been better. Also, it would be great for you to provide some feedback about the hotel like how far from the city it is, how to commute from the city to the hotel, what are the hotspots around the hotel and other such details. The highlight for us was that we were on standby tickets and so could not pay for this package till the end. Travel triangle was good enough to give us this leeway. They had our package confirmed at the last minute once we got our boarding cards. We couldn't have asked for better. Flight timings hectic and for vegetarian it become more difficult. Not proper guidance provided on the security check policy due to which sunscreen , and other cosmetic products taken away at the airports by security staff. Hotels provided negligible options for veg meals. In 5 days trip less sight seeing provided by the agent.
