My complete trip has been ruined by cab driver. He made me 12km walk up and down to solang valley by saying only local vehicles are allowing to slong valley and nxt day trip is vasist kund and driver saying we need to walk 6km up and down. We are afraid of him and cancelled the trip and we left to delhi. OYATRI agent support driver and she says we need to walk to solang valley. Note: It is not allowing me to give 1 star rating if i give 5 star only i am able to submit my review.. dont fall for the reviews. New method of cheating Driver ruined my beautiful planned Manali trip

We were given a personal car instead of a taxi. Driver of the taxi was good but the owner of taxi was very rude and arrogant. Despite being very cooperative with cab driver throughout the trip, owner of cab made us get down on a road at the end of trip. First hotel, which we were told is a 3 star hotel, had very bad location. This hotel did not even had AC. Food was not upto the mark ( burnt Roti, bad smelling Kheer and very limited options, etc). It took 4 phone calls, 2 personal visits to reception and 1 he for them to deliver Milk Powder.

We have initially had some confusions and it pushed us to do the trip. The trip has only for honeymoon couples, the itinerary has not been designed well and was not covered all the places. Driver arranged by the Travel Vichar have really good and Mr. Anupam Varma have did his duty well and he has known all the eatable places well.

Driver Anil Sharma was best. He made our family journey very better and beautiful. He controlled all situations very great as he is very professional driver and you'll need a professional driver in hilly roads of manali. I loved overall experience. Just one con was that we were not dropped to airport when our journey ended. We were told before that we'll be dropped to airport at last but the travel agent Shivangi haven't picked the call, so we've to take uber to reach airport at last which costed us 400 rupees. This was not a good thing by the agent to not pick up the call after the journey. They should take care of what was told before to us that we'll be dropped to airport at last. But overall only end was a bit troublesome rest we loved our overall trip to Manali. It was best experience with travel triangle.

Hotel was changed at the last moment with no hot water facility in the bathroom. They are provided hand made water heater with no safety precautions. You have to fill bucket and bring to the living room for connection of heater. While booking they show 3 star hotel Snow Villa and then change to the Hidden Heaven cottage(Same name Malhaar Cottage). But view from the room is good. Taxi driver is good and cooperative. Over all trip was good.

Hey so this was my first experience with travel triangle and a I am not really very happy to share this feedback. So starting with the traveller and the driver, traveller was pretty comfortable however the driver’s behaviour was really inappropriate he did not take suggested stoppage rather was driving as per his own wish. His way of speaking Was also rude. Lastly we ended up paying 4-5k extras as local convence in Himachal. The hotel on the other hand was nice but the staff was not well behaved.

Excellent room and bath room with hot water. Food almost same in alternate days. Nonveg(Chicken or Fish) dishes were not there in any of the three days. Vehicle was Innova and the trip was excellent. TV channels were not available in room. Very good trip especially Hot spring at Manikaran and Apple garden around the Golden Apple cottage with full of apples.

The driver who was allocated was not coperative, he was harsh at times. So make sure your cab facility and the driver are good. Rest of the trip was awesome.
