Memorable trip except that more time spent on travelling. We felt we could have travelled less places and spent more time in each place. Pls do not suggest ' mount view annexy' at Joshimath to anyone. All wash rooms are leaking water and stinking. They in fact changed our room but in that room also tap problem. Drainage cum rain water running in front of the hotel. But the people at reception were very nice. Just that they are not maintaining wash rooms. Musssorie hotel room view, drive to joshimath from bhimtal view on the way, kempty falls.. Ganga aarti at triveni ghat

------->IF U DONT GIVE GOOD RATING THEY DONT LET U GIVE THE FEEDBACK THAT'S Y I'VE GIVEN THEM GOOD RATING -------> SHIT ASS and PATHETIC experience. Reasons below: ------->1. Car (Innova) didn't have a luggage carrier and it was not registered as a 'Taxi'. We explicitly requested for an Innova with luggage carrier as we were 7 people initially, but 2 cancelled later which proved to be a blessing in disguise as we would have had to put luggage on our heads if all 7 of us decided to come. ------->2. The stereo system was not working. We brought our own bluetooth speaker which saved us from a worse travel experience. ------->3. Driver deliberately made it clear that he did not know any tourist place in Dehradun, Mussoorie as well as Nainital. He would just take us to the places which we would ask him to, then why would anyone hire a travel agency to make a plan. ------->4. We decided to have a 2 night stay at Nainital (as it was Christmas, 25th Dec on the first night). We made it clear to the Mithila Travels representatives about it during our booking. The driver told us that he would not go to Nainital to drop us on Mall Road. He would just take us once, either on 25th or 26th. We talked to the Mithila Travels representatives and they hold up the phone on us and we had to pay extra (he demanded extravagant amount of money) to the driver to drop us to Nainital Mall Road. According to the representatives, their policy is just to take us to all the tourist places in Nainital which can be covered in 1 day, so even if you book a trip to Nainital for 2 dyas or a week or even a month, the taxi would take you to Nainital only once. Let me remind you that we made it crystal clear to the agents that we would be staying for 2 days in Nainital and visit Nainital during those 2 days. ------->5. The driver did not move the car on the last day of the trip for 2 hours until he received full payment from the travel agency. ------->6. Overall, the travel agency just booked a car and resorts at different places, which even a 9th grader can do. They didn't check the car, didn't make a plan, didn't even provide a solution for like 12 hours for a problem that they had created and then they had the audacity to cut the phone in the middle. ------->VERY SHITTY EXPERIENCE. WOULD RECCOMEND EVERYBODY TO NOT PAY FULL AMOUNT BEFORE THE TRIP. HOLD AT LEAST 25% OF THE AMOUNT SO AT LEAST THEY LISTEN.

Our overall experience was very good.Hotels provided were good except one. The hotel Pride Inn in rishikesh was the worst experience. The hotel was under renovation and we were not informed about that. No proper hot water for which we had to call up many times and ask. There was no electricity for more than 2 hrs and the generator not working. This type of hotel shouldn't be recommended when the customer asks for a good hotel. The trip sailor tour could have given us a good hotel and not something which is under renovation. Hotel in Jim Corbett was very good only problem was with the road but that's ok.

Certain hotels are not in city it is in outskirts, and especially for senior citizens it should be in first floor or lift must work,in two places lift was not working,we were put to lot of inconvenience,in one hotel it was in first floor no lift,in danalauti hot water was not available, hot water must be available from morning 6 to 8 am,many places we are waiting for hot water .2.cab driver was good, vehicle was very old and tyres are very bad condition two times tyres failed on the way,Driver was efficient,3.service of travel agent was very good,it is very genuine feed back for all ends for senior citizens,If these issues are taken care majority of customers are prepared to pay more in many times,pl inform all your travel agents and they can increase their budget little bit but ultimately competitiveness, and they have to balance it in all sides Driver was good, travel agent was very cooperative

Krishna Holidays arranged family trip to Uttarakhand (Rishikesh, Chopta, Joshimath, Auli) This is one of the memorable trip for us. There were unpleasant situation during my trip with Krishna Holidays team 1. Charan, Driver didn't have adequate information about my tour itinerary and we missed few places. This should have been provided by Krishna Holidays and ensure Driver understood itinerary clearly. 2. I really felt bad that Charan, Driver didn't have adequate cash during the trip.. he borrowed money from me for Fuel, a few times for Food.... Ensure that the driver has adequate money during each travel plan and the driver carries valid vehicle documents. This would really help Krishna holidays to the next level. 3. As per Itinerary (Day 4 | 24 March 2021| | Auli Sightseeing), clearly mentioned that "After breakfast Process to Auli by Ropeway, Auli Lake and skiing in Auli, Auli Himalaya Range View Point Auli to Gorsan Track then Process to Resort Check in into resort and overnight stay in Auli." But Sushmitha mentioned that Ropeway was not part of the package... it looks contradictory.... I sent email to Krishna Holidays. So far not received any response. Now I'm forced to provide feedback in public forum. Note: To ensure a smooth trip, I brought a Ropeway ticket on my own and proceeded with the trip.

Devansh's 7 days trip to Uttarakhand

Here are some of my complaints with respect to the services of the travel agent and travel triangle as well for much-awaited trip of Uttarakhand : 1. Though the driver was polite and was very perfect in his driving skills, but he did not know any thing about our itinerary or the directions of the places where we had to visit. Every time we had to turn on google maps which caused much delay in our itinerary. 2. Since the Driver was not aware and did not inform us how long the route to our next destination was, we missed the main part of our trip to Kanatal which was the zipline and other activities - the only complimentary things with the trip. 3. Also there was a technical glitch at the travel agent's end since we had specifically in as many words as possible, asked for The Tattva Resort which was a 4 star resort for our stay in Joshimath but when we reached there after a 12 hour long journey, we came to know that our booking was finalised by them in a home stay named himalayan abode which the travel agent claimed was more expensive. The point is not about what was expensive, when e had asked for a particular resort and in the final itinerary we were guaranteed that resort, how come the booking was made of some other resort. 4. Due to a family emergency, our driver had to leave us in Joshimath and return to his home town in Delhi and we were left with no car for 2 days. On the first day when the driver left in the early morning at 5am, we had to arrange on our own for a vehicle that could help us reach Auli from Joshimath. Till evening 5pm that day, there was no call from the Travel Agent or from Travel Triangle as to how they would arrange for another driver or another car. It is only when we called them in the evening did they feel the need to make some arrangements. Apart from this, even after informing them that we would need a car that would drop us to our next destination i.e. to Rishikesh from Auli, till next day morning, there was no arrangement made by them. Ideally, they are also responsible for making arrangements to drive us back from auli (on the top of the hill)to Joshimath, however, expecting this was I think asking for a huge favour from them. We could also not enjoy the services of the ropeway from Joshimath to Auli since we were guaranteed that the travel agent or the driver would arrange for the tickets but did not do the same. However, having made our own arrangements again to get down from Auli to Joshimath with our luggage, we reached Joshimath on time waiting for the car that would drop us to Rishikesh. However, to our utmost sadness, we had to wait under the sun for almost 5 hours till 3 pm since no car was arranged by them. All this time we were standing without any shelter with all our bags with us and even after 3 p.m. it was due to us and due to our connect that we arranged for a car that would drop us to Rishikesh. That day we reached Rishikesh at 2.a.m. Here comes even worse part. We arranged for the car at a cost of 10,000 Rs. and we hoped that the least the travel agent could do is reimburse us the cost since we had made the entire payment to them in ADVANCE. Here the Travel agent says that he has a budget only of Rs. 9,000 and asked us to bear the cost of Rs.1,000. Even next day where we had roaming around Rishikesh as a part of our itinerary, we were not arranged for a car. All they arranged for us only to drop us at dehradun airport. We had purposefully booked our flights in the evening from Dehradun thinking that we could roam around favourite places in Rishikesh but this day also we were not provided with the Car for the entire day. 5. We were promised heaters in all the hotels but our hotel in mussorie had no warmer/heater and it was chilling in -1 degree. Hope I am compensated for all the efforts and hard ships that we had to face during our trip. During all these times, we didn't get single support from Travel Triangle as well to whom we had made the payment of the entire trip in Advance.
