As your Nepal tour package in December begins, you are to meet our office personnel upon your arrival at the Kathmandu airport. From here, you will be transferred to your respective hotel. This is followed by a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel. Kathmandu is the capital city of Nepal and the Kathmandu Valley is a place of cultural and political importance, consisting of Patan and Kathmandu.

Travel To Unravel!

On the second day of your Nepal December package, you head out to explore the marvels of the Kathmandu Valley. You begin with Pashupatinath, a place where the holy sadhus pray, on the Bagmati River. Please take note that you won’t be allowed inside the temple if you’re not a Hindu, however, the grounds around have faithful crowds. Then, you are taken to Bodhnath, where the world famous Bodh stupa is situated. You continue further as you visit Patan, also known as Lalitpur, separated from Kathmandu by the Bagmati River. When in Patan, you can witness the Central Durbar Square- a hub to temples and a Tibetan Refugee Center- the home to most of the valley's Tibetan population. Coming to shopping, you can also explore the markets here. Later, you head to Swayambhunath- a 5th Century golden spire that crowns the hills that overlook the valley. Lastly, you return to the hotel for a cozy stay.

Kathmandu To Pokhara!

Today, you leave Kathmandu and hit the road to reach Pokhara, the next destination of your Nepal travel package for December. Pokhara is about 210 KM away from Kathmandu and the journey can take about 7 hours. Pokhara provides uninterrupted, majestic views of the peaks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. On your way, you can take a halt to enjoy cable car riding at Manakamana Temple at your own expense. Upon your arrival in Pokhara, you will be transferred to your respective hotel.

Exploring Panoramic Pokhara!

Today, during the afternoon, you head to visit the Bindabasini Temple, one of the oldest temples in Pokhara. The main deity of this temple (Goddess Durga) was brought here from India. The Bindabasini Temple is near the area of the bazaar and thus, you can also visit the old bazaar. This is followed by a visit to Davis fall, also known as Patale Chhango and later, you visit the Gupteshwar Cave, lying just opposite of Davis fall on the other side of the road. Photography is strictly prohibited inside the cave. After this, you also visit places like Mahendra cave, Bat cave, Seti river, Fewa lake, and Barahi temple. This is followed by a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel. Your Nepal tour package in December will be full of adventures and avenues to explore.

In Surreal Sarangkot!

Today, you will be having an excursion trip to Sarangkot. Sarangkot is a village, situated on the top of a hillock, where one can witness panoramic sunrise and sunsets. As the sun shines with its hues of red on the Himalayan ranges, one can also witness the ranges of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre and Ganesh Himal on a clear day. Sarangkot can be a memorable part of your Nepal travel package for December as it can give you the best pictures to upload. The rest of the day is free for leisure followed by a cozy overnight stay at the hotel.

Driving To The World Of Green!

Post checkouts from the hotel, you take the road and drive to Chitwan. At a distance of about 140 km and a 4-hour drive, Chitwan is one of the premier wildlife reserves of Asia. The tall grasslands and forests are home to a sprawling variety of flora and fauna, including several endangered species too. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your respective hotel. Later, you can book the jungle activities through the available packages for the following day. If desired by the travelers, we can also book the package.

Into The Wild!!

Early in the morning, you set out to reach the Chitwan National Park and have fun as you participate in the jungle activities as per the package booked by you. The key attractions of Chitwan National Park are Elephant and Jeep Safari, bird watch, and nature walk. This gives a touch of nature to your Nepal travel package for December. After a beautiful day, you return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

The Road To Kathmandu!

After completing the checkout formalities at the hotel, you take the road and head towards Kathmandu. It’d approximately be a 5-hour drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your respective hotel. In the evening, you can explore the local market and shop as the rest of the day is free for leisure. After all, your Nepal holiday package in December will be incomplete without shopping. This is followed by a cozy overnight stay at the hotel.

From Natural Nagarkot To Brilliant Bhaktapur!

You head towards Nagarkot, which is about 32 km towards the east of Kathmandu and is a 1.5 hr drive. This place is famous for viewing beautiful sunrise and sunsets and also the panoramic views of major mountain peaks. Even Mt. Everest can be viewed from here. On your way to Nagarkot, you take a halt at Bhaktapur, the least changed city in the Valley. Bhaktapur is a unique place and that part of your Nepal travel package for December, which will take you back to the medieval age, with pottery and weaving still being the traditional industries here. Later, you will also witness the archeological marvels, such as the Palace of Fifty Five Windows, Golden Gate, and the magnificent five-storied pagoda-style Nyatapola Temple. This is followed by a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
