ht of this trip for us. Absolutely loved the way they cooperated right from starting to end of the trip. Traveller had a music player with Bluetooth and Sony speakers which made our travel very enjoyable. We just played our playlists and enjoyed the trip to the core. Drivers were never intervening in our choice of songs and they never played their playlists. Which gave us a very engaging and entertaining trip over all. Thanks again to the drivers for the service and cooperation. Sunny (Travel coordinator for us from Indeman Travel Solution) is a big big plus for us. The patience he had to answer all my queries was really appreciable. He is always reachable. You can call or text him and he is there to answer us anytime. The conversation with him gave us the confidence to go with Indeman Travel Solutions. He also provided contact for Kaziranga Safari rides. Which made the work easier for us. The quote they gave is very competitive. And the quality of hotels they provided for this quote is very nice. Service provided by the Manager in La Kupar, Cheerapunjiee is amazing. He is soooo professional. I felt he should be part of some 5 star hotel hospitality department. Such professional and care for the customers. He guided us all throughout the 2 days on what we need to do and what is good for us. To the point person. Cons: The driver wasn't able to understand even basic english. Thankfully we had a couple of people who could communicate in Hindi. So it was manageable. Else this would have been difficult for us in the whole trip. Traveller vehicle is very old. Not in good condition. No breakdown kind of issues. But it's not in good shape. Didn't feel like we were going in a comfortable vehicle. Out of 4 hotels 2 hotels didn't allocate the rooms in the hotels where we booked the rooms. Yes, they made the alternate arrangements without creating any issues. But why is there a last minute change in plan when the travel agent has already shared the hotel confirmation vouchers months before. Except for Dhansree resort no other hotels called us and confirmed on our arrival time. If they would have enquired it would have been more customer friendly. Even if we reached by 8PM they didn't care. Food: 1. Food in Dhansree resort is just awesome. 2. Le Kupar Inn - Breakfast is good. But below average dinner. 3. La Castle - Typical OYO room. Average breakfast. No variety. Just Puri sabji alone. 4. Streamside Guest House - Worst. They just gave us a piece of sandwich. Not sure how this is considered as breakfast. Most memorable trip in our lifetime. North East is a must to explore places for everyone. Try exploring this place in your young age itself. we will be mesmerised by its picturesque beauty. I have never seen such a beautiful place in India till now. Go Travel with no hesitation. Visit just post rains so that you can see water in falls.
