A euphoric expedition from mountain to mountai 6 Days & 5 Nights

Recently, I booked a week-long trip to Assam and Meghalaya through the Travel Triangle. It was a wonderful and memorable experience for us. I would like to thank Ms. Nikitha Chauhan from Reify for her assistance. Despite the ongoing issues between the two states, the trip was extremely well-planned and we didn't experience any problems. The trip was comfortable throughout. I was also very pleased with the service provided by the cab drivers, Mr. Jitu and Mr. Abhijiit. Through them, we'd like to plan more trips. Recently I traveled to shilong with my team for a trip and we had an amazing experience. Sanjeev was extremely helpful with ensuring that all the hotels were good and we had some amazing sightseeing. Special thanks to Akhilesh also for ensuring our trip went well. The service of the travel agent wa stop notch. The water activities at Dawki like cliff jumping, snorkeling and kayaking, and the zip line in cherapunjee

Trip was very good and enjoyable. Cab and driver also good and quite cooperative. Support from the travel agent, Indeman travels was quite good. Most of the hotels were good. However, we faced a problem in hotel Stream side Cottage at Mawlynnong where our booking was given away to other people and we were denied the rooms in the hotel. We had to call Indeman travels several times and finally after 3 hrs of struggle we were provided some alternative rooms in another location by the Manager of the hotel. The behaviour of the hotel Manager was very good as he made the alternative arrangements and served the dinner there. Also, in the itenerary, the booking for the 2nd and 5th night was at Treetops Residency at Shillong. On the 5th night when we arrived at Treetops Residency to our utter surprise we found that there is no booking in our name in this hotel. We I called Indeman Travels they informed that our booking was at another hotel, La Castle. However this was not clearly mentioned in the itenerary nor this information was given to the driver. Hence we had to once again pack our luggages and go to hotel La Castle. Apart from the above the trip was quite enjoyable. Indeman travels coordinator, Mr. Gaurav Pandey was also very supportive and helpful. The waterfalls, Roots bridge and the scenic beauty was exotic and memorable. The River Brahmaputra cruise was also quite enjoyable.

Overall trip managed by Heavan Mount travel is excellent. Mr.Sunny always on call during our trip. Hotels arranged by travel is very good. Only, problem with Cab driver.He is not co operative at all & less experienced what i feel. Enjoyed beautiful nature of Meghalaya.

Customised quotes was good. But the second driver was rude and in anger mood on the very first day of the trip. We have missed Umiam lake because this driver had not told us the closing time of this lake. Moreover, he had not told us the time of the places to be covered on day 1. At last, he started shouting at my dad for small reason at Police Bazaar. So, we requested to change the driver and he took all the places covered which are mentioned in quotes except the Dawki Village. This driver was good but we were disappointed that he didn’t take us to the Dawki village opposite to Umngot river on the same day when we visited River. Hotel room and bathroom in Guwahati was not good as it was small as compared to the photos in website. 1. Garden of caves - beauty waterfalls and caves 2. Mawsmai caves - scaring but beautiful cave inside 3. Don Bosco Museum - beautiful sky walk

Travel agent best , after all need to improve cab driver knowledge Cherapunji hotel La kupar inn, Garden of 11 caves , Dawki village , elephanta & seven sisters falls. Kamakshya Maa & Navgrah Temples.

We enjoyed the trip very much. It was a good time to spend in the cold and Misty weather conditions. We will definitely cherish the pleasent days in our memories .

I have recently visited Meghalaya with my family and had a pleasant experience there. Thanks to Nikitha Chauhan, who was always reachable and helped me plan the trip in a seamless manner. Hotels were My overall rating would be 4.5/5 and the ratings for individual categories would be 1. Cab - 5/5 (. Jitu Moni was our Cab driver, a very decent person who was very cooperative. The Cab was well maintained and we couldn’t ask for anything more) 2. Agent - 5/5 (Nikitha did a fabulous job) 3. Hotel - 4.5/5 (Everything was picture perfect except for the last hotel in Gawhati. Hotel Kalyaniz, which was not upto the mark) Overall, I definitely want to engage with you further for any North East trips in future. Thanks, Neeharika

The Trip was well managed by Nikita and all the Major Places were covered even in the shorter duration of time! The resorts / stays were at good location and the driver - "Bhaben Boro" was also polite and highly professional.

Except food at Shillong, we enjoyed a lot at all places Thanks to Reify and special thanks to Ms Nikita Chauhan for arranging our trip in a great way.

The hotels were well chosen by 'Unexplored Trip' who provided the package. The trip plan could have been better. Instead of staying in Shillong for 3 nights, if we had stayed in Cherrapunji for 1 or 2 nights, the commuting and travel would have been much lesser.

It was a very adventurous trip covering Kaziranga, Shillong, Cheerapunki, Dawki, Gauhati. Well organised, well planned trip. North east visit was made easy for us.

AB Tourism booked 2 hotels for us 1. Treebo Trend Omega Stay Inn : It was not so good hotel. Staff was lethargic. Food was okay and it is pretty far from main road so the place is very cold. Floor was cold as well with no heaters nothing. 2. Royal View Resort : It was amazing hotel with nice services. Food was amazing, staff was very cooperative and helpful and the best part is it was just 5 min away from double decker bridge trek. Driver uncle was so good. He took good care of us. Overall experience was good.

Very well customized according to my requirements, Kept me updated about all the requirements and other necessary information. Suggestions for improvement: 1) To include the type of cuisine available in the hotels/restaurants and a filter with respect to preferred food options (Only Veg/ Non - Veg). Was a little challenging for us to find pure vegetarian hotels! 2)Clearly specify the duration of travel by road and distance. If mentioned in the itinerary this would help us plan exactly the time of departure, food breaks etc. so that we can cover maximum places and not miss out any location. Nevertheless thank you for making it a memorable journey ! Looking forward to many more trips : )
