Swarnendu's 7 days trip to Rajasthan

There was a lack of coordination from Travel Triangle Team , with no one willing to take the responsibility from their side . as suggested in mail i tried to contact the person Jegender who in turn asked me to contact 3 other people from travel triangle (Uday Baldev and Karan) not a single one of them responded back to my mail. Thankfully bcz of Jyoti Rawat (Trip Sailer) I was feeling little bit comfortable. But as the trip progressed the driver (Suresh) started showing his true colour, He was very rude from starting, not at all cooperative , when asked to cooperate he bluntly said "Karlo Complain Jisse karni ho" and mind my words i was travelling with my family so didn't take a risk of complaining while i was on the go. While Moving from Jaipur to bikaner there was little fog in the path all the vehicles were moving slowly and our driver stopped in the middle of the highway saying "I will not go further" after much request he moved. It was a nightmarish experience standing in the middle of the highway with an hostile driver with my entire family at around 1:00 AM . In the entire trip i had to literally beg the driver to take me to the desired location as he was getting irritated even for taking me to mentioned locations. He also took an 1000rupees extra from me, since he was overspeeding and he said i have to pay that. The hotels apart from Fort Chandragupt was good including the food as well. the trip was nicely planned but because of lack of coordination between travel triangle and short tempered driver the entire trip got wasted. I use to vouch for travel triangle previously but now i will never recommend them since i dont want my known ones to be left on the mercy of the driver for 7 days. Very Bad Experience. The driver and his manager Mr Mukesh was also not cooperative.

Overall well planned and good trip experience. Hotel bookings were done seamlessly, no wait or delays at check ins. Guides provided were good. Car had an issue with only 2 middle seats even thou we had asked for 3 seater middle seat in advance, and had to do with a makeshift seat which caused discomfort.

The stay the Jaisalmer desert was very bad. The agent hadn’t made the payment at Jaipur and we had to wait for 1 hour during the checkout. Other than that the other stays were good and had good time with family.

Hotel Jaigarh given in jaiselmer was not upto the mark given the package cost..it was in a very isolated open area ..it was a safety concern for us as it was far away from the main City..i had already communicated to the agent that we are 3 females traveling so we need good hotels.. there were no amenities like heater given the cold climate. Also the room was not that clean and there was dust settled on the coffee maker , shelves. The staff was not trained well to communicate with the guests. The cab company assigned guides for the trip . day 1 guide was still good but the Second guide assigned during Jodhpur was not wearing mask and only after repeated requests he wore the mask intermittently. He was trying to argue with us when we requested him to wear the mask. Driver was continuously stressing on giving him tips. We normally give tips but this behaviour is slightly irritating.

The trip was brilliantly planned by Riva Holidays with classy hotels and cab that was adjusted in our budget. We did not have to worry about a single thing and if anything was missing, we would get it after just one phone call. Thank you Travel Triangle for curating such a holiday plan for us and for being part of our wonderful memories. Our jeep safari to sam sand dunes and the sand storm experience and rainfall during our camel ride. It was one of a kind experience.

The trip was planned by us ,but it could have been better with suggestion from your end 1. Regarding the no. of days a person needs to cover the tourist attraction 2. Some suggestion on offbeat tourist attraction 3. Good local food joints 4. Good shopping locales 5. Suggestion on better route than the one we went through 6. Some hotels we stayed were not as per the rating and budget 1. Ou car driver mr mukesh was courtes and well mannered , had a first hand knowledge of the various locale 2. The Sam dunes experince was best but a better tent could have been provided in the budget 3. Jhodpur and udaipur the stay and food was good

The trip was a memorable one. Abu turab from Travel triangle helped us to plan a good trip. We choose to go with Kingsland holiday and seems that's big mistake we did. The Jaigarh hotel in Jaisalmer was pathetic one and same for the Sunrise desert resort. Other hotels are good. The monument ticket charges should be part of the package.

Thank you - Travel Triangle and Aapka Tripwala, thank you Mr. Chirag and driver Mr. Nandu Singh. Our trip was successful because of both of you. Where Mr. Chirag was always available on phone, Mr. Nandu Singh drove the car with maturity and ensured a safe journey. Talking about facilities, there was a lot of availability in Bikaner, Jaisalmer and Jodhpur. The quality of breakfast in all the hotels was tasty and nutritious. The facilities at the Heritage Zuma Resort Camp in Sand Dune were also good, just in my mind the idea of a Royal Dinner, but in reality we had to wait in line to have dinner, which would never happen in royal families. The quilt and pillow in Hotel Mamta Palace in Mount Abu were very dirty, after complaining to Mr. Chirag, the quilt was changed but the pillow remained the same. The cotton of the quilt was also getting collected at one place. But the food quality made these shortcomings forgotten. Thanks again to Mr. Chirag and Mr. Nandu Singh for the memorable trip.

We planned the trip with TripSailor for Rajasthan. Positives: 1.Good experience with Cab driver, on time , sincere, suggested good places for food 2.Travel Agent provided good heritage hotels 3.Travel agent helped to design the itinerary as per our needs ( suggestion to travel overnight from Jaipur to Jaisalmer to save travel time ) 3.Payment through TravelTriangle was hassle free , quick n traceable 4.Travel Triangle gave multiple quotes through multiple Travel Agents Negative: 1.Travel agent didn’t inform about location of the hotel n that we need to book our own auto as Temp Traveller cannot go inside the core city places 2.Travel agent gave us 4 rooms for 2 hours after overnight journey , which costed us 5k. We didn’t get the rooms ontime n rooms were not even worth of 5k 3.Travel Agent didn’t bother to confirm the hotels about the arrival timings Here are few tips: 1.Please make sure entry tickets for site seeing is included in the package, specially for Rajasthan as fort /palace entry tickets are costlier here. 2.if you book heritage hotels then make sure travel agent includes arrangement for autos as Tempo travellers cannot go inside local area. For us, it was hassle to get autos n had to spent too much money n time there. 3.Tempo traveller is not the good choice for Rajasthan, go for sedan or SUV , it can go anywhere Mehrangarh Fort

Also he provided a bonus one night dinner on his own. Jaisalmer was a very nice place. We got to see Indo Pak Border and 1971 war memorials at Tanot and Longewala.
