Package was booked for 3 adults and 2 children abd suite was promised however a double deluxe room was given in both hotels which wasn't sufficient for the stay and it was very uncomfortable. The driver was excellent so the journeys were comfortable. Not very happy with the overall experience.

When we communicated this to TT they agreed to refund the auto charges at the end of our trip - At one stretch of our tour (Jaisalmer Railway Station to Sam Dunes) the cab interior was good and overall cab was in good condition Negative ============ Jaipur -> Ranthambore -> Jaipur Cab - The cab driver was slow in driving because of which we had to change some of our local sight seeing plan in Jaipur. - The cab driver left us near a parking at the bottom of Amber Fort and asked us to take local jeep to go upto the Fort entrance and back. But, while we were going in the local jeep we found that there were many cabs which were going up to the the Fort entrance. It appeared like the driver wanted to avoid the steep climb upto the Fort entrance. Jaisalmer to Udaipur Cab - The cab interior was descent but not very clean - mainly the seat fabric cover was not clean. - The AC was not working properly - it was making some strange noise when turned ON and there were some thermocol pieces coming out of the rear AC vents. - The cab which was provided to us in this path was a white board one having luggage carrier on the top. In Jodhpur due to some local issues with Police driver had to shift the luggage from carrier on the top to inside the cab. This made our journey in Jodhpur uncomfortable and this also resulted in one of the luggage bag trolley wheels to be broken while stuffing all the luggage inside the cab. - Initially, as we started our journey towards Udaipur City Palace, Google Map was showing another route where the traffic was less to reach Udaipur City Palace. Instead the driver took another route, left us mid way to Udaipur City Palace and asked us to take an auto as there was traffic jam. Even after we finished Udaipur City Palace sight seeing driver continued to stay at the same place where he had left us earlier in the day and asked us to reach the cab using local auto rickshaw - instead we were expecting the driver to have made his way through to pick us up later. If auto rickshaw is the only way to do local sight seeing in Udaipur then TT should highlight the same in initial quotation and charge accordingly. - At couple of instances it appeared like there is some communication gap between TT and the local travel agents. >> At one time (during visit to Chokhi Dhani) cab driver was asking us to pay additional charge saying that the visit to this place was not covered in our tour. Later we had to call TT agent to clarify and inform the same to driver. >> At one time (in Jaisalmer) cab driver asked us to pay the toll and also included his food charges without informing us in our bill. But according to TT itinerary details all this was already covered in our initial payment. - As we all know, "FastTag" is mandatory now for all the vehicles. Since the cab did not have FastTag we lost some precious time at couple of tolls.
