Pros-The booking process and evisa done by Ms. Rinki was extremely smooth. All vouchers provided on time WhatsApp group created for quick resolution Cons- To begin with we were dropped off at the wrong hotel! SIC transfers are too tedious. 4hrs were wasted in just picking up passengers. I will recommend to go for private transfers Vouchers provided were wrong

It was my first experience and I was skeptical about it however it turned out to be the best, choice of hotels shared any services provided, I got 3 quotes and after lil bargain got the best quote from ittibaholidays and they were very prompt in arranging things also, a watsapp group was made and evrything was shared on the same, flight bookings as per my comfort n timings wer booked and hotel, all sightseeing,cabs and pickup n drop were all on time , I got regular inputs from them and evrything worked as per itenary and WhatsApp group was feeded with information prehand and handled very professionally. All in all a good experience and would recommend u all to go with ittibaholidays and traveltriangle. Overall the tour was good. They follow schedules properly and covered all the places as assured. They have provided guide only days. They should provide all days.Vechicle what they provided is not so impressive.

We booked a 4 nights 5 days trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi from View holiday trip. Mr. Sunil Kumar, our tour operator was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with really extensive local knowledge. Very easy to work with and keen to listen to what you want and tailor our holiday accordingly. He was very prompt and efficient through out and made us aware of all possibilities and helped us make our final choices. Our trip was absolutely superb from start to finish. We strongly recommend them. The hotel booked was very nice and also the locality of the hotel was excellent to commute to any part of the city. The transport provided was dot on time each time it picked and dropped us and the standard was maintained. The itinerary was followed in detail. The most Important part we took our parents with us and which was intimated prior to the tour operator and everything was taken care of accordingly. It was overall an outstanding trip ever. Thanks to View Holiday Trip, we will definitely look forward for a long term association

Overall trip was good. The local cab travel, we had couple of issues. Expected the local cabs to be more flexible. They made us wait for 1.5 hours without any proper intimation. Trip to Abudabhi where you travel for 4-5 hours on road, it's a full day event. The cab should be available early by 9 AM instead of 10.30 so that we get more time to spend in place to see. The travel agent should also share detailed info. eg., In Dubai museum, they don't accept card, only cash & exact denomination. We did not have any I do & that was the first place we visited. No clue, we were walking out without seeing it. Accidentally, we met someone known & we had to ask them to lend some cash. We had asked the travel agent SVS travel many times to share details on our preparedness, he did not even understand what we are asking !!

Dubai Trip was nicely arranged. Vouchers sent on time, Visa done on time. All information was provided by Sumit on time, well coordinated. The Dessert Safari was excellent, driver was very good. However, some of the driver's behavior was not good. Premium safari Camp was not provided as promised. The Dessert Safari camp food was very bad, might not be in the hands of the agency.

The trip was a very memorable one for us. Positives: The highlight of our trip was the desert safari. The safari ride, ATV ride and the food. The global village is a must visit. Miracle garden was just simply superb Burj Khalifa and view at the palm was just WOW . We got tired walking in the Dubai Mall and it was so so Big. Special mention: 1)To Vaani from Discover DDays for helping us in customising the itenary as per our needs 2)To vishnu from Discover DDays for helping us in the last minute with all the queries and clarifications. Specially for making our transfer a private one for the entire dubai trip 3)To all the cab drivers who were very punctual, humble and helpful Negatives The dhow cruise food was very cold and not that tasty and the dinner was served a bit late for us Over all this trip was the best one and a memorable one for all of us. Team, Due to COVID-19 on 15th Mar20 Burj Khalifa, Aquarium and Dubai Mall was closed and authorities provided refund to Travel agent. We went there and everything was closed and authorities informed me to take my refund form Travel agent. I was highly disappointed to make my trip during this epidemice time and I could not enjoy fully and everyday their was concern. Would appreciate if you can help me to get me this refund that authorities have given to travel agent. However I am highly satisfied with Travel Traingle and All well travel team and in future definitely connect back for future holidays.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dubai with my family from October 5th to October 10th, 2024, and I can't thank Latika and the TravelAwesome team enough for organizing such a memorable trip! From the very beginning, Latika was attentive to our customized requirements, ensuring that everything from airport transfers to our daily activities was smoothly coordinated. Our itinerary was packed with highlights, including the stunning Miracle Garden, an awe-inspiring visit to the Burj Khalifa, and the mesmerizing Fountain Show, which was a must-see. One of the standout experiences was the Dubai Safari Park, where we explored a fantastic variety of African, Asian, and Arabian animals. The Desert Safari was another highlight; our Guide, Zafar, took exceptional care of us during the dune bashing. He ensured a fun yet safe experience, which was especially appreciated by both the kids and the senior citizens in our group. The live shows provided a fabulous glimpse into Arabian culture and were truly unforgettable. On our last day, we visited Motiongate and Legoland Theme Park, which was an absolute blast for the kids! The entire family had a great time. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Mr. Ali, our Guide for most of the trip. He was an amazing, cultured, and polite person who made our journey even more enjoyable. Mr. Girish Kukreja, who guided us on our Day 1 city tour, was also very nice and knowledgeable. The World of Dreams Travel and Tours Team at Dubai, showed great professionalism and dedication throughout our trip.Their punctuality and attention to detail made everything so much easier for us. **A few callouts for improvement:** - The Day 1 City Tour could have been slightly shorter, with some time added for shopping at Meena Bazar. - The City Tour Vehicle should have been a 10-13 seater Van which could have been a comfortable for 7 Adults. - There was a misunderstanding regarding our visit to the Legoland Waterpark, which was closed on the Wednesday we visited the theme park. - The complimentary breakfast at Arabian Park didn’t cater well to Indian food habits, so I would recommend considering alternative accommodations. Overall, this trip was an incredible experience, and I am grateful to Latika and the entire TravelAwesome team for their hard work. I also appreciate the service from TravelTriangle, which helped us get competitive quotations from multiple travel vendors, making our decision process much easier. Our experience with travel triangle and agent was good from starting, we got all required info but mainly I had to become proactive with them, I was expecting more prompt replies and response from TT and agents, but after starting the Trip to end it was super smooth as we did not faced any issues or any problems with hotels/Cab drivers and land activities, so in summary I missed some promptness before starting the trip other then that everything went well smooth. Thanks to TT and Agents.
