I recently availed a travel package from 7C Destination - Ranjith helped us book the package, and while most of the experience was positive, there were a few drawbacks that I would like to highlight.
Positives:
Cab Driver: Sudhish, our cab driver, was exceptional. He was not only professional but
also incredibly helpful and down-to-earth, making our journey smooth and enjoyable.
Hotels: The hotels included in the package were excellent, providing great comfort and hospitality.
Negatives:
Houseboat Experience: Unfortunately, the houseboat experience was a major letdown.
Not a single sightseeing activity was covered during the houseboat trip.
The houseboat remained docked in a village where the crew seemed to be engaged in other work.
Before the trip, we were promised a village tour, an optional powerboat ride, and then a return for a night stay. However, the crew moved at a very slow pace, and we ended up spending the night in the same village without fulfilling the promised activities.
To make matters worse, we were dropped off early the next morning without any sightseeing.

Eric helped us for the smooth process through out areas, Driver Prince and his support was excellent.
Only faced an issue at houseboat, that people have not made AC On in waiting space and as We had book for delux AC service which we have not got from that Houseboat people, that was the only poor e
xperience other things where absolutely good.
Munnar and Tekkdey were the best places and houseboat was one of the wonderful experience.

Overall trip was good. Driver were good, hotels were good in some places. Houseboat hotel was okay. Tekkedy hotel was amazing. Munnar hotel didn't have AC and I wasn't aware, hotel was average, food service was slow.

Hotel which is booked in Munnar it is even not eligible for 1 star also. Even after advance booking also they have allocated rooms in different floors and which are not good. No facilities like hot water, towels, cleanliness.
