Driver should be able to speak alteast hindi or english so it could have been better to communicate properly. Trip was well planned and the followup was taken time to time. Travel tringle experience is OK, and response from Postcard Trip was good. I had issue with Cab driver, he was driving carelessly and all the talking on phone. After complaint also he did not change his attitude, we could not able to enjoy our journey because of his loud talking all the time and rude behavior. Also driver was discussing all the things we are talking in cab with other people, that was disturbing our privacy very badly.

I am not satisfied with the service provided by them , first of all after making second payment I haven't received any response from our destination manager, finally when I have called in the evening I got the response that driver will call you as he was busy with other work so he has not called, " such an unprofessional response", then when we have reached the hotel receptionist don't have any idea about our reservation, he told only one room has been booked, when I called my destination manager, instead of talking politely she told you have reached early that's why they are not allowing for checking, anyways some how for the time being they have adjusted one room to refresh , then only in evening we got two rooms, driver was not well aware of Hindi and for entire trip he has not started the AC, when I have asked him to start the AC, he told he will not start the AC as it's hilly area and it requires more power for vehicle and he has not started the AC, there are so many other things that I have complain but don't want to disclose

The property of stay at coorg was good but no proper maintainance.. The first room provided to us had to be changed due to non working switch boards. The cab provided to us was excellent and the driver was also good. The only problem we faced was a proper plan should have been arranged from the travel agent side and not left on us to decide which places should be seen when. Overall good experience but can be improved more!
