As a feedback....I would like to express that tour was nicely organised. All amenities were as per commitments. However I have got two suggestions 1. Tour vehicle driver shall be well informed about inclusions of diesel prices etc as driver was asking me to pay diesel money. 2. Driver and vehicle details shall be shared well in advance ...details was shared a bit late this time. Thanks for very good service extended. The food in the hotel is not at all good. It was mentioned as a buffet for veg and non veg for breakfast. But we found the least options for breakfast. The rooms in the house boat is literally too small and suffocation. Air condition is also not properly working. You people should have informed before hand regarding the 3-4 star housing boats. We would have gone for 5 star one . Apart from this everything else gone well. The hospitality of the driver is really impressive. He helped us in getting the best food through out our trip according to our choice and taste. The trip has gone very well and we are back with refreshing mind and many memories.

There wasa issue with hotel booking - It was for 2 days but while check-in we came to know that it was booked only for 1 day. We need to call agency every time to get updates related to the day 2 accommodation.. Even for house boat stay, agency didn't shared any details upfront. Again I called them for the house boat address n contact details..

Travel triangle very good team and really they came up with very amazing packages when I asked to send quote for Kerala trip . Assured trips is the travels confirmed. They way they are treating , politeness is really appreciated. Even I got angry some of the things in speaking but they replied very cool and polite that makes easy for any of the tourist. Before one week of our journey heavy rains in kerala and also not sure about whether the plan is go as per schedule and we fighted for cancellation too. But they assured that everything will go fine and its proved its fine. Prasanth from assured trips really a great person and answering our queries very polite manner. Kochi we reached morning from Chennai by train. Driver Bilal picked us and cab is very good and its contains yellow lights to travel in fog in Kerala especially night time. First day Alleppy and known famous for boat house. Very good lunch there and travelling in back waters really life time movement. Enjoyed evening snacks and candle light dinner. Next day munnar. Sightseeing is awesome in munnar. Driving in munnar roads is very difficult and our driver made it very simple. Very neat and pleasant driving. He know where to go slow and where to go fast and also where to cross vehicle. Car is very spacious , so never feel any pains even for long travels. Munnar hotel is very good and very spacious and enjoyed the view of munnar from hotel. Flower gardens, tea estate, cheeyappara water falls, Matupatty dam, view points and what a place munnar. Really enjoyed. Last day return kochi beach , Lu Lu mall and reached railway station and back to Chennai. Very good trip and enjoyed atmost. To be honest one of the best memorable trip in my life time. My family really enjoyed. Most importantly very reasonable. Thanks Prasanth , Adil and Kapoor (agents), Bilal (Driver) for this memorable trip 1. Munnar sight seeing 2. Munnar view from hotel and fog playing between hills. 3. Alleppey boat house 4. Driving skills by Bilal. 5. Travel triangle response.

It was a very pleasant experience with Vihaar Hospitality and Leisure, an easy and convenient way to book the trips and we truly enjoyed the service provided. Mr Prateesh, a professional from Vihaar is knowledgeable and made sure all the bookings are in place and was in constant touch with us. The hotels booked were satisfactory. The driver Mr Prem from Royal Travels was well organized, careful, and knowledgeable about the sites visited. The car was comfortable, clean, and in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend Vihaar’s service to others.

I was very frustrated by his misleading.. please check the driver before sending him to a trip... On the bright side the trip iternery was followed by good punctuality....
