I was told by driver that real munnar can be seen only by off roading vehicle and we were stuck with jeep safari chosen by driver. We didn't know what we would miss if we opted out. I immediately tried to call agent and they tried to help but they were also not very clear what was going on the ground. Their option was that it's optional instead of clearly telling me what would I miss if I don't opt for jeep safari. Overall a great trip with good service by agent and an okay vehicle. Thanks.
