The trip waa designed beautifully and captured the significant parts of Ladakh which we desired to travel. Hotels were good except Grand Yasmin which was too busy to close rather than take good care of guests, food options were limited and okayish. The Pal and Organic Boutique were good, only the reception at the Pal is very novice. Trip Trail personnel Mr Aman was very helpful throughout the trip addressing to any hiccups encountered during the trip. Shoutout to Mr Rigen Gurmet who is an exceptional driver and very kind. Thank you Trip Trail for making this trip a memorable one. We had a great overall experience with TripTrail. In Kashmir and Ladakh due to cab driver union, the cab and driver changed. The first driver allocated to us was amazing. His name was Nubroo cab number ending with 9072. He was very helpful in explaining about places and he even assisted us in taking our pics. I give 5 star for Nubroo (cab number ending 9072). He was with us from leh to nubra valley then to pangong tso and then back to leh. The second cab driver Aga (cab number ending with 9070) was not good. He was an escapist. He kept asking if we can avoid visiting the places in itinerary and kept showing disinterested in driving and even lied to us openly saying this place is not good let us skip it. Such drivers give bad experience to tourists. He was there with us from leh to srinagar. The Srinagar driver Shakeel (cab number ending with 6470) was average. First day he tried his best to be professional. Next day onwards he showed minor disinterest and he even argued with Indian Army official in one incident. I feel such things is common among drivers in that region. He was with us for Kashmir local sight seeing. Hotels booked by TripTrail was very good. We loved the choice of hotels provided by them. 1. Sangaylay palace at leh - excellent rooms and food. 2. Organic boutique hunder - excellent view and organic food. 3. Royal foster pangong - here the owner of cottage was very helpful. 4. Chutuk heights Kargil - excellent view of Suru river. 5. Dawn house boat dal lake srinagar - excellent houseboat experience 6. Hotel blossom Srinagar - Good and safe environment. The travel agent was very helpful and always available on call. Overall I am happy that I chose triptrail.

Travel experience with Tripita was Wonderfully organized, hassle free and smooth. All hotels were nice, one feedback for Hunder Eco Villa had issues with power backup, no power at night for almost 4hrs during our stay. In our room few lights weren't working. Shefali as travel consultant was Very helpful and too the point. Quick response to all queries and well versed with the geography of the location. Driver and Transportation out of 5 - 5/5 for Tenzing. He is an amazing driver, very polite, punctual and friendly. Would like to Book again with Tripita - Yes for sure. overall trip on scale from 1-5 - 4.5/5

The hotel at Leh was average in service. Food service was very slow and we had to wait to 40-45 minutes for the food. The hotel and Hunder was good. The hotel at Pangong was excellent. the hotel at Tso Moriri was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room was very small. On king size bed, queen size mattress was there and my legs were going out of the mattress. Also they didn’t even provide water in the room. Food quality was also the worst among all hotels. Hot water was also provided late than they promised. The tour agent was good. But he showed a little lack of interest after being paid fully. The driver was excellent. Overall an average trip. I will give 2.5/5.

I went to Leh along with my family for a period of 7 days. During my trip, I made a visit to Leh, Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass, Pangong Tso, Tso moriri and Chumathang Hot springs through some breathtaking views during the ride. My stay at Hotel Kidar, Leh is excellent with great hospitality and some great food. At Nubra Valley, I have stayed at The Bangay, Hunder, Nubra which is a new property with great scenary and spacious rooms. I have enjoyed the stay at Nubra Valley. Thereafter, I have stayed at the Royal Foster Cottage at Pangong Tso which is located beside the lake with marvelous view of the lake and surrounding mountains and at Tso moriri I have stayed at Tsomoriri lake view hotel which is one of the busiest property at that location with beautiful rooms. The driver allotted to us was so good and have guided us properly so that all the sightseeing places can be covered in time and he was friendly and kind enough. The total trip was well coordinated and arranged without any hiccups by Mr. Akhil Sharma of Lazyatra who have continuously monitored our trip schedules and our health condition from time to time since ladakh is well known for its adverse climate due to its location at high altitudes and cold waves. Overall it is a great experience travelling with Lazyatra and special mention to Mr. Akhil Sharma for his coordination in having a successful trip with my family with lots of memories.

It was an awesome experience of our holidays through travel Triangle. Yugal from Trip Trail who prepared our itinerary was very proactive and ever ready to address any of our questions and concerns. Thanks to him making our trip a memorable one. Can't name one as too many of them are etched in our minds. Stay at Organic Boutique in Hunder, Nubra and Himalayan Cottage in Pangong Tso are memorable for the rest of our lives

Thanks for arranging a beautiful Ladakh trip Except for Oraganic boutique hotel in Hunder all the other hotels were quite good and staffs were also very Welcoming Food served was also good. In this I would rate Ladakh Inn food quality and the buffet menu the best Aman from Trip trial was always available whenever required and helped me in customizing my package in a beautiful way. Really liked the service provided by trip trial Special Thanks to Stanzin.. My driver cum guide for the entire trip. He was excellent and tried to cover all the view points though I missed an entire day due to snow fall. Only negative from the entire trip is the hospitality or service provided by Organic Boutique hotel. They need lots of improvement in terms of treating guests equally and deciding food menu. Overall the trip was very good and my whole family enjoyed a lot. Thanks again Aman for arranging this

Thank you Travel Triangle /Trip Trail for meticulous and well planned trip for us at Leh Ladak. On arrival at airport, driver cum guide Mr. Nabu was waiting for us and helped us with luggage shifting and dropped off to our hotel promptly. We had rest day to get acclimatized to high altitude. Next day he picked us up from our hotel, took us around leh, which included Hall of fame- Tribute to our soldiers , Gurudwara patthar Sahib and Magnetic hill. Later we drive to Zanskar valley and on the way back to spituk Monestry. Our guide cum driver was very helpful and including taking our snaps. On Day 3 after BF, we set off to Kardungla pass. The journey was superb with breathtaking views. We had a short stop over at Kardungla pass and time to play with snow and take some snaps. It’s was quite cold outside but we had fun. Drove further through mesmerizing scenic valley and mountain with few stopovers for photography and tea. Since most part of roads are under expansion and repair, it was a quite a tedious journey. After late lunch we visited the gigantic Budda statue at Diskit and had good time at Nubra valley with camel ride. After a long and tiring journey we reached our hotel at Hunder Nubra valley- Organic boutique inn. It’s quite a good hotel with excellent staffs. Night we had a great Buffet. Weather was very cold and room heating with conventional wood fire did give some temporary relief. Next day after breakfast we started off to Pangyoung lake and a beautiful scenery but very bad road due to repair work we had flat tyre on the way, but quickly replaced with Stepney and moved on. By evening we reached our hotel Grand Himalayan Stay at Merak. Finding this hotel was bit difficult as it’s new and no Clear name board. We found that Hotel is quite nice and being in a a remote village and extremely cold conditions, we were put to hardship as there a electricity failure for over 12 hrs. Hotel staff were courteous and tried their best to make our stay comfortable . At subzero temperature, frozen over head tanks, flush tank geyser doesn’t work….so imagine the plight. Lack of electricity adds to the woes. Despite all these, we were looking forward to spend time at the Pongyoung lake. In the morning we spent over 1 hr and had lot of pics taken. Lake was mostly frozen. From there we headed back to Leh, again with lot of photographs. Visited one more monastery and Rancho school . Returned by evening to Leh by evening and took rest. Through out our trip we never had any mountain sickness issue although we were equally well prepared with all emergency medicine and oxygen. Next day back to airport with lots a great memories and loads of pictures. Overall, it was a great trip, thanks to Trip trail, in particular Mr.Aman Sharma, and all others who took care is us. Good food at Nubra boutique hotel and pictures with snow at Kardungla pass

Hotel experience was not so good. Limited meal options in Nubra. Bolts of windows were jammed. Utpala Retreat in Leh didn't have wifi Journey to Pangong Tso from Hunder

The entire package tour was well organised. The best part of the trip was Cab driver Sonam Joldan. At his age, he seemed to be very active, always helpful and provided the best service. Hotels were good. The cottage at Pangong could have been better. Overall, totally satisfied with the services of the travel agent. Hunder Sand dunes and Pangong were the best memories.
