Experience in one hotel, Tejas, Manali was very very bad. Rude staff. Rude, argumentative owner with a superiority complex though was not superior in any respect. All hotels other than manali were very good. Jispa, hunder, leh, pangong hotels were excellent. Excellent hotel rooms, excellent service, excellent food. Our thanks to Shefali (Tripita) who was available day n night for any queries/clarifications and suggested us a package as per our requirements. A very amazing and beautiful tour was organised by Shefali (Tripita). Thanks Ms. Shefali from all the members of the group

We booked Leh Ladakh trip from travel triangle and Leh Ladakh journey is the agency. Overall trip was wonderful. Every place mentioned in iternary was covered. Our driver Joldan was friendly, he was on time for anything. He suggested many view points which are less crowded and beautiful. I strongly recommend him for any Ladakh trip as he knows every corner of Ladakh. Hotels : Leh - Hotel Ladakh place — we highly recommend this place to stay in Leh. Food is good and hospitality, rooms are excellent. Hunder - Dowa resort — stay is ok ok and food is average Pangong - High lake retreat pangong - This is most beautiful stay in the trip. Amazing view of pangong lake . Food and hospitality is excellent in such remote place. Highly recommend this for pangong stay Hanle - The Hor hotel — this stay is not good and food is very bad. This is only bad thing in overall trip. Never stay in Hanle more than a day nothing much to see. Observatory is not much useful. We can cover umlingla and return to Leh in a day. Hotel 1. Leh- TChong : 5 star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ for the room, facility, service and Food. Really good. All things are upto the mark and very cooperative staff Specially Gopal Ji and Manager Anil Ji. Extraordinary service. It is very reasonable property and you will get facility of 5 star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Hotel. Everything is really good. I enjoyed my stay for 3 days and night there. 2. Nubra Velly (Hunder)- Organic Boutique Hunder: 3 star ⭐⭐⭐ Over rated property. Outer ambiance is good. And food you get is good and organic veggies get to eat but you have to compromise with taste if you are done with eating cottage cheese (Paneer) and Potatoes. 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for food. I stayed for 2 nights. 1st night was in Tent 8 give only 2 star ⭐⭐. Tent is permanent and not clean upto the mark. Cover and bedsheet not fresh. 2nd night in room which is upto 3 star ⭐⭐⭐ View from room is nice. All Facilities not upto the mark. You have to carry your tooth brush, tooth paste. Used sleepers will be there for room. I don't think overall room is hygienic. This property is managed by a local person who owned this property but they are not able to maintain hygiene upto the mark at the cost they are offering. 3. Pangong - Skylake Cottage: I'll give 3 star ⭐⭐⭐ to the stay and 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ to the food they are serving. Spent 1 night there. At Pangong, you cannot expect much in cottage. Hot water is there. Bathroom were clean. Cottage is looking good. We didn't get fresh bedsheet and covers which is annoying. At cost they are offering I was expecting atleast clean and fresh amenities to sleep. You have to carry your own tooth brush, paste and soap. Only good thing is their food. Taste is really good and they serve hot which I like the most. Cab & Driver Bike- Himalayan for 1 day: Provided bike was good and clean. It was serviced properly and Driving experience in leh is really cool and smooth. I don't have any issue with the bike 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for that. Only you have to buy petrol on your own that will be chargeable above your package. Car- Mahindra Xylo: 3 star ⭐⭐⭐ for the Vehicle and 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for driving and 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for driver. Car was clean but in case of comfort it is not upto the a Mark. Smell in the car is weird. Only loaded songs were able to play in car which are ladakhi songs only, do not have any other option. You have to listen ladakhi songs only. AC wasn't working. Driving experience of Driver Mr. S Tanzin is really good and he drives car smoothly and you can trust him blindly while he was driving in hills. You are not required to worry while he was driving car. Nature of driver is cool and he speaks some Hindi but sometimes you have to figure out what he is trying to tell. There will be some communication gap between you and the driver. He won't tell anything about any place and he is not able to guide at any place. He is not good at taking pictures if you asked him to take for you. Overall I liked his nature, he won't disturb you. He is punctual. I traveled in the cars for 5 days and pickup and drop for airport. Service of Travel Agent For Trip Trail (Mr. Aman) I will give him 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. He is excellent. He well known with the places in Ladakh. Every suggestion by him was really good. He is always 1 call away for you. He always picks calls and responded really well each and everytime. I have no complaint with him. He served what he committed. There was no hidden cost. He already told me that you cannot expect good hotels in Nubra Valley and Pangong. He didn't overcommit. He is serving what he is telling. You can trust him. I had some flight issue and my plan postponed for 1 day the day before we were going to reach Leh. He managed everything and didn't charge single penny. He is polite, Cooperative and good person. He take care for you and also get in touch with you and also gives you report of weather and any other happening. Like there was a landslide at Lamayuru when we were there and he informed us for not going that side. I appreciate his efforts and full marks for that. Overall trip was planned well. Travel agent Vivek was in constant touch. Cab driver Thinley was cooperative and also guided us well. Cottage at Pangong Tso was average. Checkin time Sangalay Palace hotel at Leh is 8 am and it is too early. Otherwise, this facility is good. Drive along Shyok river on the way to Turtuk. Stay at Organic Boutique at Hunder and Rupthak home stay at Hanle.

Good trip with good stays at Dorjee Camp at Sarchu, Tsomoriri Inn cottage, Pangtso Cottage at Pangong Tso, Wooden Nest Cottage at Hunder and best of all very friendly staff and excellent service amid the tough terrain. But, Ladakh Marvel Hotel in Leh was a very poor choice as the staff is insincere and casual beyond measure, will suggest all to skip this hotel. Vehicle provided was an old and rugged Xylo but driver Dorji was excellent. In all Mr Sushant of the Travel Agency, Leh Ladakh Travels was helpful and the trip was well planned and executed except for the stay at Leh.

The trip waa designed beautifully and captured the significant parts of Ladakh which we desired to travel. Hotels were good except Grand Yasmin which was too busy to close rather than take good care of guests, food options were limited and okayish. The Pal and Organic Boutique were good, only the reception at the Pal is very novice. Trip Trail personnel Mr Aman was very helpful throughout the trip addressing to any hiccups encountered during the trip. Shoutout to Mr Rigen Gurmet who is an exceptional driver and very kind. Thank you Trip Trail for making this trip a memorable one. We had a great overall experience with TripTrail. In Kashmir and Ladakh due to cab driver union, the cab and driver changed. The first driver allocated to us was amazing. His name was Nubroo cab number ending with 9072. He was very helpful in explaining about places and he even assisted us in taking our pics. I give 5 star for Nubroo (cab number ending 9072). He was with us from leh to nubra valley then to pangong tso and then back to leh. The second cab driver Aga (cab number ending with 9070) was not good. He was an escapist. He kept asking if we can avoid visiting the places in itinerary and kept showing disinterested in driving and even lied to us openly saying this place is not good let us skip it. Such drivers give bad experience to tourists. He was there with us from leh to srinagar. The Srinagar driver Shakeel (cab number ending with 6470) was average. First day he tried his best to be professional. Next day onwards he showed minor disinterest and he even argued with Indian Army official in one incident. I feel such things is common among drivers in that region. He was with us for Kashmir local sight seeing. Hotels booked by TripTrail was very good. We loved the choice of hotels provided by them. 1. Sangaylay palace at leh - excellent rooms and food. 2. Organic boutique hunder - excellent view and organic food. 3. Royal foster pangong - here the owner of cottage was very helpful. 4. Chutuk heights Kargil - excellent view of Suru river. 5. Dawn house boat dal lake srinagar - excellent houseboat experience 6. Hotel blossom Srinagar - Good and safe environment. The travel agent was very helpful and always available on call. Overall I am happy that I chose triptrail.

Travel experience with Tripita was Wonderfully organized, hassle free and smooth. All hotels were nice, one feedback for Hunder Eco Villa had issues with power backup, no power at night for almost 4hrs during our stay. In our room few lights weren't working. Shefali as travel consultant was Very helpful and too the point. Quick response to all queries and well versed with the geography of the location. Driver and Transportation out of 5 - 5/5 for Tenzing. He is an amazing driver, very polite, punctual and friendly. Would like to Book again with Tripita - Yes for sure. overall trip on scale from 1-5 - 4.5/5

The hotel at Leh was average in service. Food service was very slow and we had to wait to 40-45 minutes for the food. The hotel and Hunder was good. The hotel at Pangong was excellent. the hotel at Tso Moriri was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room was very small. On king size bed, queen size mattress was there and my legs were going out of the mattress. Also they didn’t even provide water in the room. Food quality was also the worst among all hotels. Hot water was also provided late than they promised. The tour agent was good. But he showed a little lack of interest after being paid fully. The driver was excellent. Overall an average trip. I will give 2.5/5.

I went to Leh along with my family for a period of 7 days. During my trip, I made a visit to Leh, Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass, Pangong Tso, Tso moriri and Chumathang Hot springs through some breathtaking views during the ride. My stay at Hotel Kidar, Leh is excellent with great hospitality and some great food. At Nubra Valley, I have stayed at The Bangay, Hunder, Nubra which is a new property with great scenary and spacious rooms. I have enjoyed the stay at Nubra Valley. Thereafter, I have stayed at the Royal Foster Cottage at Pangong Tso which is located beside the lake with marvelous view of the lake and surrounding mountains and at Tso moriri I have stayed at Tsomoriri lake view hotel which is one of the busiest property at that location with beautiful rooms. The driver allotted to us was so good and have guided us properly so that all the sightseeing places can be covered in time and he was friendly and kind enough. The total trip was well coordinated and arranged without any hiccups by Mr. Akhil Sharma of Lazyatra who have continuously monitored our trip schedules and our health condition from time to time since ladakh is well known for its adverse climate due to its location at high altitudes and cold waves. Overall it is a great experience travelling with Lazyatra and special mention to Mr. Akhil Sharma for his coordination in having a successful trip with my family with lots of memories.
