It was a great trip,I travelled from kanpur and enjoyed every moment there, specially thanks to travel triangle for giving us such a trusted platform because I was in doubt before I booked the trip that I will get the service after making the payment or not,but I got such a great service from travel agent and I didn't fell any time that I'm in another city or place,they provided me everything as they promise to me, little disappointment from the hotel side at Port Blair. The Beach side candle light dinner at Havelock Island was best memory of my Entire Trip.

Ajay from travel 365 had coordinated well and arranged the trip to Sikkim well. Based on our needs summit hotels we're provided which were decent. However certain points were not well taken care which had spoilt our part of trip. As per voucher, Ajay had provided us homestay in Nathang Valley. I was very much interested in staying at height of 13000+ height, hence had asked him particularly to book in Nathang Valley. However after reaching at Nathang Valley, we had come to know that no such stay is there, though there were other home stays in Nathang Valley. Finally we started coming down to Zuluk and found that there is no such stay even there. Phone numbers or exact address was not provided in itinerary. After some point, we could find a point where we got signals and called Ajay and came to know that it is on padamcharan which is much down hill. We had also planned drop till airport and hotel as my parents were supposed to go by train to Kanpur and we by flight to bangalore. Driver dropped parents to airport itself saying railway station was not planned and he is supposed to pick another passenger from airport. I called Ajay again and then I got another vehicle details for railway Station drop. By the time my parents had already left for railway station on their own arrangements. One driver Uday was very rude, then I had requested them to change driver and it got changed. Other than this entire trip was good, hence I have not reduced their rating much. Entire Sikkim. Negatives 1. Bella vista resort was good but room service was bad. Like we need to call the reception for cleaning. No international charging ports. 2. On the tour for skybridge the driver Dass charged 40 ringgets extra as the trip last time as per iterinary was 1830 whereas he dropped us at 1630. Skybridge tour was less than 4 hrs. Already raised the concern to mr. Ram but no response till date. It would definitely look for refunds. Positives 1. Overall trip was well organized. 2. All pickups were on time. 3. Prompt response from customer care in labhkari and Kuala kanpur. 4. Night tour of Kuala Lumpur was best because of the driver. He was telling the story and history about all the points.
