Good location but rooms are average in wina hotel and strong smell in the room. When I reached hotel we paid extra money why it is needed ? we have travelled with Bali hai cruise . We choose a bad weather as the waves were too strong for the pontoon and no one is there to guide or help us how to do water activities like snorkelling water slide even you should tell me if you are aware of this cruise .Bounty cruise is good n very nice warm welcome And in nusa dua we had fun with water activities because guide was available n they were with us in each activity. I have clearly mention that we don't know how to swim then atleast u should have told me that Bali hai cruise is not good for you because there is no helper with you . You can do ur self. We are aware it is completely out of your control regarding the weather conditions but the poor communication between the staff and guests was very poor. It's wastage of money I m highly disappointed with this cruise. Best memories are tanah lot but due to bad weather we can't explore that much. North Bali where we have hired a cab n driver personally it was good speacially Ulun danu the most beautiful place . Uppala villa is very nice,good location and staff are also good .

I travelled to Bali with ALT Destination in July 2025, and it was a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Pooja for planning everything so smoothly—she patiently answered all my queries and gave some amazing recommendations, especially for places like Nusa Lembongan, which turned out to be a highlight. The team in Bali was extremely cooperative, and our driver deserves a mention for being punctual, kind, and very helpful throughout the trip. I truly had a great time in Bali. Thank you once again for making this trip so memorable!

Our recent Bali trip was overall a great experience, with many wonderful memories, thanks to Travel Triangle and Tour Hunters. Drivers: Both drivers in Kuta and Nusa Penida were excellent—safe drivers, very punctual, and extremely courteous. Couldn’t have asked for better support on the ground. Itinerary: The itinerary was well-planned and covered some truly worthy places to visit. The only challenge we faced was Bali’s traffic congestion, which caused us to miss a couple of spots. For future travelers, we recommend factoring in traffic delays during planning. Travel Planner: Special thanks to Muskkan from Tour Hunters—from the initial planning stage to execution, she was outstanding. Always available, extremely responsive, and ensured we had all the details well in advance. Kudos to her. Accommodation: Royal Regentris, Kuta A very good choice—cozy rooms, friendly staff, and overall a pleasant stay. Being vegetarians, food options were limited, but they offered a decent English breakfast, so it wasn’t an issue. No complaints here. Ashoka Tree Resort, Tanggayuda Unfortunately, this was the only major disappointment of the trip. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa with a private pool, which had multiple issues: Room had leaks during rain, causing waterlogged floors. Extremely poor hospitality—complaints were ignored. Reception was almost always unmanned; even at checkout, despite prior intimation, no one was available. We had to leave our keys with security and leave. Staff appeared highly understaffed and untrained, which made the experience very unpleasant. Overall Experience Apart from the bad experience at Ashoka Tree, the trip was wonderful. Beautiful locations, memorable moments, and great support from Tour Hunters made it a trip to cherish. Thank you, Muskkan, and the entire team for making this possible!

The overall experience was just about okay — not terrible, but definitely not what was promised or expected. While the itinerary was planned in advance, the car provided was far from luxury, despite prior assurance, and felt more like a basic taxi. The driver was polite but mostly functioning as a pick-and-drop resource, without any flexibility if we had to go somewhere else. Although he was very polite and very punctual. One of the most disappointing moments came on our last day, when we were headed to the airport for our return flight and the assigned cab had a flat tire. We had to urgently book another cab on our own to avoid missing our flight — something that should never happen with a managed tour. We were also told we would be added to a WhatsApp group before the trip for coordination, but no such group was ever created. On the day we visited Nusa Penida, we waited over an hour at the port without being able to reach any agent — in India, in Bali, or the driver. That part of the experience felt very poorly managed and left us feeling stranded. In summary, it was a 3-star experience — some things worked as per plan, but the service lacked warmth, flexibility, and responsiveness. With a few improvements in communication, car quality, and on-ground support, the experience could be significantly better.

Our main intention behind booking the Bali trip through Travel Triangle was the hope of receiving a better and more seamless experience compared to directly booking through local tour operators in Bali. Based on that expectation, we finalized our trip with Tour Hunters. The booking process, including receiving the vouchers and initial coordination, went smoothly. However, the actual experience during the trip was far from satisfactory. We were two families traveling together, and the biggest issue started with the execution on ground. We were assigned a driver who was also supposed to act as our guide. While the driver during our stay in Kuta and Ubud was polite, he had no guiding knowledge whatsoever — he was merely a driver. Due to this lack of guidance, we missed out on a couple of important places on our itinerary. For example, one evening we were taken to a temple and reached there at 7:05 PM, only to be told it was closed at 7:00 PM. What was disappointing is that we had stopped on the way for 20–25 minutes, and the driver didn’t inform us about the closing time. That resulted in a complete waste of 3 hours (1 hour to the temple and 2 hours back to the hotel). Another instance was at Tanah Lot. Although we reached the destination, we were taken to a different side of the area, completely missing the more iconic and beautiful view from the main side. Again, the lack of guidance played a role in this mishap. The most troubling part of our trip was at Nusa Penida. The driver there was extremely unprofessional and borderline threatening in his behavior. As tourists, we rely on local operators for information and direction. If something is not aligned with their plans, it should be communicated politely and respectfully. Instead, his tone and behavior were completely unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We also saw how other tourists were treated by their drivers and felt extremely disappointed with our choice. In hindsight, choosing Tour Hunters through Travel Triangle turned out to be a grave mistake. What should have been a joyful and memorable trip became frustrating and disappointing in many aspects.

Overall trip was really good. But some places in the itinerary were not upto the mark. Places like beaches in nusa penida were not the places to be excited about. The kintamani view of batur mountain was not very exciting either. Sometimes driver try to convince us for activities outside the itinerary. The behaviour and timing of driver were good. You need to add more happening places in itinerary. There needs to be more clarity in inclusions and exclusions. Like cost of photos or lunch or dinner. No one was there to provide on spot addition of new activities. The itinerary was exceptional as it was well managed. There is room for improvement though. All in all I will definitely recommend others to choose travel triangle for their travels. Gillie T is one of the best places I visited during the trip. The aston beach resort is awesome. It should be two days in itinerary instead of one.

Big thanks to Pooja for organising my trip to Bali in May 2025 in a well organised manner. This is my first international trip and your arrangements from ALS destination are truly awesome. We have had multiple drivers for our stay and special mention to Driver Nura. He was so punctual and very friendly. He helped us so much and suggested hotels according to our taste. Great highlight of the trip is stay at Nusa Lembongan. I think opting Lembongan island as per Pooja suggestion was incredible. We really had a great time exploring beauty of Bali . The cab driver and the planning of the trip was good .... We had the leniency to reschedule our day to day activities. But our restuarant where our dinner date was planned was pathetic , food was bad and they hurried us up to finished dinner ,I didn't like our dinner date experience.the can driver was too good he suggested us good places and planned day to day activities accordingly. Overall experience was good expect for the dinner date and the restuarant at Nusa penida which was booked from travel agency . The resort room was basic and good .
