The stay at Jaipur was horrible as it had a night bar on top where loud music n furniture movement went on thru the nights. Jaisalmer Desert Moon hotel was good, very coutoes staff. Camp at Sam dunes was OK but dinner was not good.However breakfast was good. Stay at Jodhpur was the best. Driver was good.

Preethi Sharma from Back to Holidays arranged this trip. She understood our requirements and came up with itenary covering all the places that should be visited in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Hotel in Delhi was not as promised, it was just basic, we didn't had pleasant stay there due to various issues we faced in that hotel. However Agra and Jaipur hotels were awesome and perfect. Driver was very kind and polite however since he was not local he couldn't assist much in planning our visit to various places in Delhi. However he was able to guide us well @ Jaipiur. Overall it was a wonderful trip. Extremely happy with the service provided by the travel agent "PREETHI SHARMA". I interacted with her many times before the trip and she never hesitated in taking calls and clarifying my doubts. Heartfelt thanks to Preethi Sharma for planning and organizing this trip :)

Hotel Jaigarh given in jaiselmer was not upto the mark given the package cost..it was in a very isolated open area ..it was a safety concern for us as it was far away from the main City..i had already communicated to the agent that we are 3 females traveling so we need good hotels.. there were no amenities like heater given the cold climate. Also the room was not that clean and there was dust settled on the coffee maker , shelves. The staff was not trained well to communicate with the guests. The cab company assigned guides for the trip . day 1 guide was still good but the Second guide assigned during Jodhpur was not wearing mask and only after repeated requests he wore the mask intermittently. He was trying to argue with us when we requested him to wear the mask. Driver was continuously stressing on giving him tips. We normally give tips but this behaviour is slightly irritating.

Hotel Rajputana , Jaipur Very old one , conjested. Hotel Gaj Vilas , Udaipur Nice, but no way to reach by car. Melody Moon Swiss tents Not good enough. Radhika Palace,Jaisalmer Good and appreciable Hotel Kuchaman Haveli Jodhpur, One of the best among all. Cab driver SHABBIR (Jaipur) very nice person, extended his full service. Any tourist can choose him without hesitation.

Everything was good.Only Mr Ajay of Back2 holidays cheated us by providing one star hotel( hotel moonlight) in stead of three star hotel( Golden Haveli).at Jaisalmer. I confirmed for golden haveli at Jaisalmer n mewargarh at udaipur. On booking day he said golden haveli is sold out.Then I asked similar hotel. Golden haveli is four star n Moonlight is no star at all. And cost of package remains same 87500. U know everything. All transactions n quotation provided through u travel triangle. For compensation of three star to one star whom should I contact. I have already send you normal message Driver,Cab n food at Mewargarh hotel

For Hotels - both the hotels were good, rooms were clean, hotel location for Ranthambore was not far from safari entry point which was great and for jaipur hotel, it was near from traffic prone street which was chaotic, but overall stay was good. For Cab & driver: Cab services had book safari and mis informed the timing of safari which caused us inconvenient, also Cab driver suggested guide persons which I later felt unnecessary and the guide persons lead us to buy things from expensive shops and to do over price Pooja (ritual).

Though it was a good trip, there were quite few complaints like car driver was uncooperative in the starting 2 days. Agency at the last moment could not provide safari for Ranthambore national park which was biggest complaint from us. Due to that one whole day was wasted and missed Jaipur in our trip. Hotels were not that great particularly in Delhi. They could not provide us basic services. Same in Ranthambore, they didnt even provide drniking water bottles in the rooms.
