Simimadhu's 3 days trip to Himachal

I had hired a cab for three days at Manali. The program went very well for the first two days. On the third day, because of weather, the schedule had to be canceled. Further, because of road breakage my bus to Dehradun from Manali was canceled. I had to book another bus from Kullu. However the car transport in charge asked me to pay additional charge of Rs 2000 to take us to Kullu bus station from Naggar. He did not take into account that the third day schedule ajay included Kullu which was not undertaken purely because of road closure.

We four senior citizens traveled from Delhi to Delhi Chardham with Navicro Holidays Dehradun under the supervision of Travel Triangle from 11th June to 22nd June. Jyoti Raut who contacted us from Navicro made amazing arrangements, every hotel and food was excellent and we were impressed by the amazing driving skills of our driver Damru who accompanied us on the Maruti Ertiga hilly roads. And Jyoti Betty kept in touch with us on the phone every day and solved any minor issues faced by us. We will be thankful to them forever and recommend them to friends and family.

Testimonial for Corporate Host I recently had the opportunity to customize a travel package with Corporate Host, and I must commend the team, especially Pooja and Narendra, for their exceptional assistance throughout the process. **Day 1: Haridwar - Regenta Orkos Haridwar Hotel** The hotel lived up to its 4-star promise with lovely rooms and commendable services. We encountered a minor hiccup initially as we were allocated a twin bed room instead of one with a king-size bed. However, thanks to Mr. Narendra's timely intervention, the issue was swiftly resolved. **Day 2: Grand Luxotica Dehradun Hotel** Contrary to our expectations of a 4-star property, the hotel was a 3-star establishment managed by DLS hotel. The rooms were cramped, and the service was far from satisfactory. The staff's attire was unprofessional, and the rooms had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom toiletries and towels provided were substandard. **Day 3: La Eden Mussoorie** This property was a letdown, especially considering it was the most expensive room in our package. The room was incredibly small, barely fitting for 5 adults and 2 babies. The breakfast options were limited and of poor quality. Despite the presence of the owner, no effort was made to upgrade our rooms or accommodate us comfortably. **Day 4: Wondrous Camp Rishikesh** Our camping experience was disappointing. The tents had a foul smell, and there were no adventure activities or entertainment options. The coolers provided were insufficient for the intense heat. A significant oversight by Ms. Pooja resulted in our package excluding all-day meals, which led to an unexpected expense of INR 3,000 for lunch and dinner, as the camp was situated in a remote location. In conclusion, while the trip had its enjoyable moments, the experience with the properties was underwhelming. It's a testament to the fact that even with the best planning, the quality of accommodations can significantly impact the overall travel experience. We hope to travel again, and with these learnings, we anticipate a much better experience next time. No regrets, but a valuable lesson learnt.

Vagish's 4 days trip to Uttarakhand

I'd like to share my recent experience with Travel Triangle, but first, let's rewind a bit. Back in 2019, I planned a trip to Himachal through MakeMyTrip, not knowing about Travel Triangle at the time. The entire experience, from the hotel to the cab and sightseeing, was fantastic. It left a lasting impression on me, setting a high standard in my mind for any future trips booked through similar travel sites. Fast forward to April, a friend suggested Travel Triangle for my trip to Mussorrie. After some deliberation, I decided to give it a try. Despite a bit of back and forth, the trip was booked, including a cab from Dehradun. However, there was a bit of confusion with the drivers – three called claiming they'd pick me up, but it was the fourth who finally arrived. In comparison, MakeMyTrip had promptly shared driver and cab details soon after booking. Let's talk about the present. The cab that arrived in Dehradun was clean and well-maintained, and the driver was courteous. Though there was a minor hiccup with payment, it was swiftly resolved. I even gave the driver some money for fuel, which he promptly returned before dropping us back in Dehradun. Our journey to Mussorrie was comfortable, and we reached by 10:30 am. We were pleasantly surprised when Adventure Mania, the travel company, accommodated our request for early check-in. However, upon entering the room, it didn't quite match the deluxe room with a balcony that I had booked. The view from the balcony was disappointing, facing a garbage dump, and the washroom was average at best. The food quality at the hotel was excellent, though. Breakfast choices were limited, but the quality made up for it. Now, onto sightseeing. We explored Mall Road and Gun Hill Point on the first day, and on the second, we used the cab to visit Kempty Fall and Company Garden. While the ride quality was good, the driver lacked the enthusiasm we had experienced with MakeMyTrip. When we requested a visit to Landour, known for its famous bake house, the driver suggested renting a two-wheeler instead, citing difficulty for a cab. However, upon renting one, we saw cars coming and going to Landour without any issue. In conclusion, my first trip with MakeMyTrip set a high standard, and perhaps Travel Triangle wasn't able to meet those expectations. There were some hiccups along the way, but overall, it was a decent experience. Also, I want to emphasize that while I've shared my feedback, I don't have any complaints about the cab, driver, or hotel. I'm simply sharing my experience in the hope that it may provide insights for improvement.

Day 1: our Driver Mr. Kashap was exceptional, he made us aware of the place, the time for travel, what to and not to do. With great music we had a comfortable travel to Guptakashi from Dehradun. At Hotel Trilochini, we had hot water, comfortable rooms and hot food. The owner aunty and uncle were very friendly and gave us the idea on how to make Kedarnath journey easy. Day 2: as informed by driver and Trilochani hotel staff, we started at 5 am with full cold weather clothes in backpack. Hotel staff even gave us morning Tea to start our journey. Day 3-4: Behl Ashram staff suggested to do Abhishek at Kedarnath and helped us arrange everything. The food at hotel was good, thick blankets and hot water. We had wonderful day spent at dham, saw the surroundings and walked down by 12 noon. Day 4: Travel to badrinath was amidst nature. Driver showed us Kashi Vishwanath temple, scenic places and got us to Badrinath by 3pm. We had ample time to visit the temple the same day and also got chance to attend chandi arti as suggested by our Driver. Day 5: it was bad start at Hotel Kuber. They did not have hot water to drink but had hot water in basins. They promised to give us morning tea but denied in morning saying they slept late so no breakfast. There were rats in the room who ate all the snacks we got. But overall the rooms were great, super comfy, excellent bedding and great dinner. Overall a good place if you forget about breakfast and rats. Day 6: 11 hours in heavy traffic to Hrushikesh. Driver suggested we should have taken a halt somewhere in between, but nevertheless, he made sure we reach Hrushikesh in a great shape. The journey was comfortable with scenic routes, temples on the way and prayags. The hotel JSR Residency in hrishikesh was exceptional. The food was exceptional, served with sevai kheer, comfortable bedding and clean rooms. Day 7: our Driver took us to Veer Badra temple and then dropped us back to airport with great memories. I would say Mr. Kashap is an exceptional personality, thinking about the customers relaxation first, suggesting tips to make a comfortable journey and made us feel at ease. Lastly, Kudos to Khusboo, Shivani and Shivangi for helping us out with an excellent trip with no hiccups during the trip and delivering all promises as mentioned in the itenery. Thanks to Travel Triangle for making us meet with Shiv Darshan Tourism for this memorable trip. Kedarnath Abhishek was suggested by the staff of Behl Ashram and the experience was mesmerizing. Similarly, our Driver Mr. Kashap, who was very knowledgeable and suggested us what to and what not to do. He told us how to efficiently manage the time and how much time is needed for relaxing. Khushboo messaged at start and end of day to track our day which made us feel that our agent cares for us too. Thanks Khushboo, Shivangi, Kashyap for the entire trip.

We stayed in 3 hotels during our trip to Dehradun, Mussoorie and Rishikesh. The hotel suggestions we got were satisfied with Dehradun and Mussoorie. But the hotel in rishikesh is worst. There are cockroaches in bed, bathroom is not neat. It looks very cheap. One bad experience remains in your mind for a long time. Please take care what you are suggesting.

We were two couples who planned a trip to Mussoorie-Dhanaulti-Kanatal enroute via Tehri back to Dehradun during the long weekend of 23-25 December, 2023. We wanted a leisure trip so we had requested Vijaya (Agent from Travel Triangle) to help us book nice properties so that we can enjoy our weekend and the festive season. At Mussoorie we booked Hotel MV Acosta 8kms from Kempty, the location and rooms were decent but the room service and staff was not up to mark which we have mentioned on their google review but overall property was decent, moving to Dhanaulti we booked Mount View Hotel and it was very beautiful, right from the location, to the rooms, to the view to the hotel staff, everything was just on point. There was arrangement for Bonfire and Music in the night which we just loved. We had a beautiful stay there. Our rooms were premium valley view but we didn't benefit from it as it was so cold and breezy that none of us sat in the balcony, but the rooms were very well maintained and nicely lit. Our Driver was not very much aware of some places but that was okay as the places we visited were pretty decent. Overall we were happy with our trip just because of the long weekend and Year end the prices were on the heavier side otherwise it was a pleasant one. I have had previous good experiences of booking with travel triangle and am happy it didn't disappoint me this time either.

Tishya's 4 days trip to Uttarakhand

The overall trip to Uttarakhand was great. But there were certain experiences which kind of ruined our experience with Travel Traingle. Your executive Bhavna Agrawal was very supportive and cooperative. Hotels at Dehradun and Mussorie were excellent. Hotel Narayan Inn at Rishikesh was not upto the mark and not according to the price we paid. We had paid for 3 to 4 star hotels and this hotel was not even a 2-star hotel and had poor service. The various drivers assigned for the trip were quite helpful and cooperative. However, the cab provided for the major part part of the trip, from Dehradun to Rishikesh was a disaster. The cab's AC was not working even on the plains (as promised). Also there was a lot of confusion involved between the cab provider agency and driver and also we were being bothered by the agency owner, Ms. Payal Arora. She spoke to me very disrespectfully on call and was continuously calling the driver and misleading him creating a lot of issues. Would request Travel Triangle to not work with such agents and eventually hamper your company's image. Due to such an experience, we will have second thoughts for planning another trip with Travel Triangle.
