(1) In Hanoi, we experienced the vibrant city life, enjoying visits to iconic locations like Ocean City Park 2, the Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour, Dong Xuan Market, Beer Street, and the unique Train Street. All were excellent! (2) Our experience on the Ninh Binh Day Guided Tour by limousine bus on February 25th, 2025. Despite the rainy, cloudy, and cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. The tour, which took us from our Hanoi Capital Hotel to Hoa Lu, Trang An/Tam Coc, and Mua Cave, was excellent. We started at Hoa Lu, exploring its ancient royal temples, followed by a pleasant bicycle ride through local villages. The Vietnamese and Indian lunch was also very enjoyable. The boat trip through the Trang An Grottoes was a highlight, and the hike up the mountain at Mua Cave, with its stunning views of the Ngo Dong River, was truly thrilling, even in the rainy atmosphere. Overall, it was a very good adventure and a memorable experience. (3) The grand finale was our tour of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, culminating in a visit to Cat Ba Island. The 5-star La Pandora cruise was truly the crown jewel of our trip, providing a luxurious and unforgettable experience. (4) In Da Nang, we enjoyed a relaxing beach escape, followed by an exhilarating adventure at Ba Na Hills. The Golden Bridge, the thrilling cable car ride, the Lava Train, Fantasy Park, the charming French Village, and many other attractions created unforgettable memories. We also deeply appreciated the opportunity to explore the majestic Marble Mountains and the impressive Lady Buddha statue. Our two-night stay in Da Nang and tour to Hoi An were magical. We fully immersed ourselves in the local culture and cuisine, and releasing lanterns along the river was an especially unforgettable moment. (5) We also enjoyed the lively party atmosphere and nightlife of Ho Chi Minh City, and gained valuable insights into the country's war history at the Cu Chi Tunnels and Melong Delta tour. Throughout our journey, the guides ensured seamless transitions between destinations and offered insightful explanations about Vietnam's rich history, including its war history and the significance of Buddhism. The tour was expertly curated, ensuring a truly wholesome and immersive experience. Here’s a review of our journey, which included visits to Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, and Ho Chi Minh City. Trip Overview The itinerary was well-structured, providing a perfect balance of cultural immersion, scenic exploration, and relaxation. Each destination offered unique experiences that enriched our understanding of Vietnam. - Hanoi: Our adventure began in the bustling capital city. We explored historical sites such as the Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, where we enjoyed delicious street food. The guided tours provided fascinating insights into Vietnam's rich history and traditions. - Ha Long Bay: The cruise through Ha Long Bay was undoubtedly one of the trip's highlights. Surrounded by stunning limestone karsts and emerald waters, we engaged in activities such as kayaking and exploring caves. The onboard meals were exceptional, featuring fresh seafood that showcased local flavours. Our vacation to Cambodia and Vietnam in March 2024 was both informative and enjoyable. Our chosen travel operator, Bamboo Hat Tours coordinated our trip well, with our airport pickups and van tours being punctual and with very friendly drivers and guides. Right up to the last day Sophie from Bamboo Hat was in touch on a daily basis, sending messages and reminders which made it very easy to adhere to the schedule. While the hotels were well located in city centres, vegetarian options in food need to be made more easily available, and more awareness needs to be created among kitchen staff . On one occasion we found fish sauce had been used to season vegetarian fried noodles, and prawn crackers were presented as vegetarian crackers. The hotel room in Hanoi (HM Boutique Hotel) was rather cramped while the rooms in Rose Garden hotel at Hoi An and Cap Town Hotel in Ho Chi Minh were very good and the staff extremely obliging. While the rooms at Siem Reap were good, the staff were neither very friendly nor obliging enough to give us an early check in. Angkor Holiday hotel is very obviously catering to group tours, so when you plan for smaller groups, please offer better hotels with better service, even if the cost is slightly higher. We found very limited vegetarian restaurants around this hotel. While the Le Journey cruise crew went out of their way to be hospitable, we would have preferred to have taken a slightly more upmarket cruise, as the boat was obviously old and needs renovation. Please give us more options in cruises as well when putting together a package. Having said this, I must say that the travel hosts everywhere were extremely courteous and hospitable, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Exemplary hospitality and courtesy everywhere we went. Hanoi’s water puppet show and a walk around the French quarter in the old town were very enjoyable. You need to spend at least three days in each city to experience it fully. Hoi An was amazing, with its riverside experiences, the shopping and the lanterns everywhere

The tour plan was organised in a way that it gave a 360 degree insight of the culture of Vietnam. On one hand where could soak in the deep rooted culture of the country in Hanoi or Mekong Delta, we could also see the western confluence in Saigon and the French architectural marvel in the Bana Hills. We have booked a Trip String through the Travel Triangle for our Goa Trip, but we have faced many problems during the trip and there was no one to coordinate from trip string team they assigned me cordinator who was assisting me for everything. Booking was for couple with 2 kids, where we paid for 1 child for all tickets during dudhsagar and sports activities but everywhere we were asked for extra charges for kid.. Sports activities charges were paid but it was not allowed. SIC bus which was suppose to pick us for Cruise trip missed us, and on return they asked us to go in bus which was not having our seat ...Menu in cruise was much similar to birthday party of a kid, french fries with 2 tikkies and two chicken fingers And Lastly our Candle light dinner was totally waste, and food was awful and orders took more then one hour and it was not at all vandle light dinner On last we were not provided driver during our trip and we were told about it one day before trip after we made the payment ..we were given free fish foot spa and it was like awful pond which was all green algey over it and we were told this is fish spa....shitt...it has been worst travel agent till my experience in travel traingle from last 8 yearrs

The very poor hotel (De Grand Riviera) provided, everything was different, unhygienic, dirty, and pathetic, later Mr. Ashok upgraded with an extra amount and that hotel was a little better but the complimentary breakfast quality was pathetic

Bus wasn't up to the mark, i was promised by travel triangle to volvo that was missing, there were no volvo travelling, provide bus also was so bad, driver was not friendly even though he denied to stop bus for loo, and said we are getting late. hotel services was poor, i wanna have french fries at 6.00 pm they strictly denied that we are preparing dinner, you can't have the same right now. honeymoon inclusions cake and badam milk was so bad, cake was so bad to eat we didn't even taste. solang Valley

Thanks for making Bali trip memorable. We stayed in 2 hotels during the course of 5 days. The driver(Putu Dharma) allocated to us was very good. He was always smiling and happy to take us more places that were not even the part of itinerary. Although we struggled to have good food quality during the course of the trip in the hotels. There was no option of Veg food in the hotels so we have to relay on outside hotels even for breakfast. Candle light dinner was very bad, it has to improved. We had asked for Veg Indian food especially at the time of itinerary but it was not given. First they gave us the non-veg food, that had ruined our evening as my wife is pure veg and they had given us Fish in starters, even before eating I asked for the confirmation that is veg or not, first they said it was veg when we had eaten they came and said it was Fish, that had ruined our evening. After waiting for another 15-20 mins they came with veg food that was also not good, every dish was so sweet that we can't eat anything. We had to go empty stomach that evening. Same thing happen next evening we had to go cruse, there was no option of veg dishes there too. Sometimes we have to rely French fries and Spring roll for lunch.

We enjoyed our whole planned trip. Thanks to Travel triangle and Tootle tours for our successful trip. I would suggest if the driver would have been local then he would have explained us about the places more. Overall our experience was really memorable. Best memories was a part of French colony which we visited after the ashram visit. The place in itself is so colorful, that it made us more Happy. We didn't visited whole colony as we were not much aware so just went till starting.

I’m from India, me & my wife planned to travel Vietnam. That’s when S-Viet came to picture. As my previous planned package tour in India was not such a great experience I was skeptical about S-Viet. Hannanh from S-Viet assisted us, on planning and customizing the package. She was open and patient to listen to our questions and recommendations. On finalizing we were handed a voucher with the plans and the hotel details. I’m glad to say that, everything turned up as per the plan without a slight deviation or any bad experiences, which I totally did not expected. The transportation & the pick up was on time, the hotel reservations and the rooms were readily available. On arrival the contact person was always on spot. We were never left out in any of the places. I’d like to make a special mention about the cruise experience that we had in Halong bay. The blue-dolphin crew lead by Nam, handled us so well. The cruise almost felt to be a personal one as there were only a couple from new-Zealand and a French man. The hotels in Hanoi & Sapa were good and the staff treated us well.
