Everything was great until we reached Malaysia. The driver, Happy Josan—an Indian man pretending to be Malaysian—was extremely rude. He drove recklessly at speeds of 130-140 km/h and was always in a hurry. Because of him, we couldn’t properly explore Kuala Lumpur, had to cut short our Sunway Lagoon visit without experiencing key attractions, and faced a similar situation in Genting Highlands due to his impatience. On the other hand, Ajit Pal Sir and Arjan Sir were kind and courteous. We requested a change of driver to either of them, but despite our request, Hiralal Ji still assigned us Happy Josan. If you are considering these drivers for a Malaysia tour, be aware of these issues.

Our trip to Malaysia with Abroad Vacations was well-organized, and we appreciated the team's support and timely updates. We had some great experiences, but certain aspects felt a bit rushed, and communication could have been smoother. It was very well organized, planned, wonderful trip for me and my family. Right from the time we landed in Penang and then followed by the site seeing, till we returned to Kuala Lumpur Airport it was totally hazzle free with on time communication through WhatsApp. The drivers were professional and well behaved and knowledgeable, they were explaining us details about various monuments or buildings as we moved on. The trip was good , hotels were great except bangkok Hotel, all hotel locations were in proximity in things to do. Our trip highlight was four island tour, although time was less to relax and to enjoy the vibe but beaches were very beautiful. Our all pick and drops were smooth and travel agent was supportive.

It was a overall good trip. Had carried back quite good memories back to India. The group was created a day before commencing the trip which made me worry earlier but Lucky assured that everything would be taken care of. The hotels chosen were good except Aayodhya Palace Beach resort in Krabi. With activities/ drivers/ coordination.. everything was good. I would definitely recommend Holiday Paradise for Thailand trip bookings.
