Transport agent of Singapore behavior was not so good. Your travel agent Satguru Holidays told All Hotels Wifi can be accessed but in Genting, Hotel told us extra money will be charges if I access Wifi. Also, They have recommended to go to Malaysia (from Singapore) via Air Asia instead of Coach/Bus, but they have not told that I have to pay another Rs.14000 for Check in Luggage.

Driver was punctual, but not humble. Overall itenarary was good. taking a local singapore number from Airport would be good.

The trip was very well planned by Sumit from Satguru and Travel Triangle. Me and my husband had a very memorable first anniversary Celebration. I had Comfortable stay and Sumit adjusted my hotel as I was not satisfied with the first suggestion. Thai Destinations Phooki was also very helpful. We booked singapore through Sadguru Travels..The overall experience was good ..All the bookings were smooth n hassle free..Sumit did a great job with good follow up except for one..The itinerary clearly mentioned tickets for OCBC Skywalk at Gardens By The Bay..N wen i pointed out that tickets were not given to us by the local agent instead of apologising he kept arguing that it was not included..I even sent him a snap shot of the inclusions which clearly mentioned OCBC Skywalk..But still he gave me stupid arguement saying Koi agent nahi deta hai which i felt was totally unethical...Bcoz as a customer i was very clear of what i wanted and it was clearly mentioned to him..The local agent was superb and helped us in every way out...Except for that one glitch everything went smoothly..

Our tour went extremely well! Everything was well organized. All the private transfers were on time. The hotel were very good. Overall Travel Triangle and Satguru holidays did an excellent job, setting everything up. It was money well spent! I will certainly recommend U guys to my friends and family and in the future if we plan other trips. Thank you for putting together a well organized and memorable trip for us.

Just some feedback that Coral island tour doesn't have anything else except snorkeling. So if something else needs to be done then please go to beach in Langkawi.

Had good experience, every things are planned in good manner except Langkawi Island Tour. all pickup and drops are on time and the representatives are present with our name plates. Overall recommended. we have booked all transfers and sightseeing of Penang, Langkawi, Kuala Lumpur and Genting. Only Langkawi Full Day Round Island Tour was changed to Half Day City Tour(Which was disappointing) Otherwise this had good experience with M/s Travel Triangle and M/s Satguru Travels(Agent). Yes we will suggest for future travels ..

It was good. just that on arrival we had to wait and then we were clubbed with other family for their sight seeing instead of taking us directly to the hotel.

All the arrangements were perfect and as expected. My parents who traveled to Singapore n Malaysia were appreciating TT for the services n arrangements. Thanks to Sumith for all the arrangements n immediate support provided as n when required.

A well organized trip...except the Flight ( MALINDO ) it was horrible

Firstly I feel that our trip was not properly planned and we expected Satguru Travels to suggest us more better itenary. Sadly I recieved my itenary only one day before my travel. And the itenary of travel triangle and the final itenary was very different. My personal experience is that If you are visiting only Malaysia,do give more time in LANGKAWI, CHENANG and CAMERON HIGHLANDS when compared to Kuala Lumpur city. for kuala lumpur only one full day is enough. Hotels provided were very good( Furama in kul and Bella vista in langkawi). Only food quality,price of food and food selection was not good. Cabs quality and drivers were very good on kuala lumpur,but in Langkawi driver attitude and coordinator was very bad.The agency in Langkawi WINLAND tours was not upto mark. I would like to appreciate Mr.Sumit for all his help and coordination and for upgrading our hotel room type in Kuala Lumpur. Pricing was also competitive. however we expected more itenary planning from his end and better coordination between his agency and Malaysian travel agency.

Firstly great job done by sumith. Thanks for the good price quote by Satguru Holidays very reasonable and all the properties were five star. Our trip was for 5 nights and 6 days, two nights in lankawi at hotel bay view. The hotel staff was also very helpful and friendly. They gave us early check-in and upgraded our room from hill view to sea view wch had a very beautiful view. And coming to the place mainly climate is very nice daily atleast for half an hour u'll have a rainfall. Places to visit are chanang beach most happening beach there u can find everything and it's open all the night. U can find many duty-free shops in the city it's very cheap compared to airport. It's best place for shopping in Malaysia. Third day we were transferred to kaula Lumpur and the hotel provided was Double tree by Hilton. This was a very huge property and our room was is 23rd floor and had a twin tower view wch was awesome. But they charged 15000 extra for that view for two nights. Kaula Lumpur is a concrete jungle lot of high rise buildings and lot of traffic jam in peak hrs . places to visit are The food street was very gud with all types of seafood,KLCC Tower, Kings Palace, Petronas towers(twin towers), and KLCC shopping mall wch is very huge and all international brands are available. There is a Chennai street where u can find Indian food. But very difficult for vegetarians. Breakfast was very good at Hilton. 5th day we were transferred to Genting Highlands, on the way we had a stop at murgan temple where there is a huge statue of Lord murgan. From there we went to hotel Awana this was also a five star hotel but it is very old, no wifi in room and no room service. (This hotel is suitable for senior citizens or honeymoon couples) After check in we went to Genting Highlands through cable car 3.5km in 20min wch was very gud experience. In Genting we went to first World (Indore theam park) food was not so great but cassino was very huge and it was nice. Next day evening we check out and back to India. Once again thanks a lot to travel triangle and satguru Holidays especially sumit for a memorable trip.

The trip was well planned except for some minute glitches in the beginning but later on everything was well organised.Relentless to say the timings n the pick up drop facilities were too timely.Gud team work.Thank u Satguru n Travel Triangle group.

I recently booked my Thailand trip with Navigatio, thanks to Parul Singh, and I must say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had! ✨ From Phuket to Krabi and even the breathtaking Phi Phi Islands, everything was planned to perfection. The hotels arranged by Navigatio were really nice – comfortable, clean, and located in prime areas, which made exploring so much easier. Their tour package was well-curated, covering all the must-visit spots without making it feel rushed. What impressed me the most was their excellent communication. The team was always available to answer queries, provide updates, and guide me throughout the trip. Everything from transfers, sightseeing, to activities was smooth and hassle-free. Thanks to Navigatio, I could just relax and enjoy my holiday without worrying about the little details.

Over all experience was OK. But telhere were 3 4 issue in the trip. 1. It was said by travel triangle agent khushi that your C fee has been waived off, but at the tillme of fimal payment she and the team denied completely. This was very bad from their side. 2. When it was asked to book hotels where Veg breakfast should be there but out of 3 hotels 2 hotels were not having veg breakfast.. only breads were there. 3. Travel agents have not informed about the security deposit in each hotels.. hotels have charged 2000 baht as security deposite. As checked with other customers in hotels they were not asked for deposits, as land package includes hotels also, so if there was any deposit then it should be included and informed in starting. 4. Why customer email id is not given for any updates.. our flight no. got changed and we were not informed about. This was very serious issue.. Trip was good. Enjoyed.. but it could be more better as more places could be covered as more leisure time was given.

The trip was very well executed in terms of punctuality and pick up and drop facilities. There was a specific issue I would like to highlight. The lunch provided from the boat operators during poda island tour and Phi phi island tours was absolutely not acceptable for vegetarians. They only had rice and salad for vegetarian eaters. This definitely needs improvement and thoughtfulness. Also for snorkelling there was no guidance provided from boat operators. It was only for people who knew how to swim. Sunset at Poda island
