Trip to KeralaI was on vacation of 5 days.My first two days were in Munnar, hotel provided (Elysium) there was excellent so was the my 3rd day at Thekkady at Coffee Route hotel.Driver Mr Suresh was a gentleman and provided excellent service. My 4th day was in Alleppey in house boat I will give them 2 star out of 5.House boat was not a good experience, Cleanliness was a major issue bed ,towel, was not up to the mark.Food was very avg ,who offers tea/coffee with only glucose/Parle G type biscuits. We requested a cake for marriage anniversary and they arranged on payment basis which is fine but they charged 600 for such a bad cake that we two couldn't take a bite of it.My 5th day was at Kochi where hotel denied stay to us and told us your travel agent hasn't paid the hotel charges.I tried at the number provided to call in emergency and to my wonder the rep who picked the phone told me ,I m not the person concerned and this is no wrongly given to you.As I was with my wife and 8 month old baby I had no option but to request hotel please allow us stay i will make the payment I to you .However with delay but travel triangle team resolved the issue. Stay in Elysium hotel.Staff was very cooperative .They saw we are with baby they came forward and took the baby so that we can had our breakfast easily.
