Driver is good but the car had issues, on the way out had flat tyre had to stop and on the way back car broke down again had to stop. You guys should ensure car is of good condition. Also hotel not in madikiri you should book only in madikiri as kushalnagar has no cafe etc if one wants to step out this should have been told while selling hotel

Coorg was on the wishlist for long time and through this trip it got fulfilled. It was first experience of travel with TravelTriangle and it turned out quite well starting from customized iteneiry, easy payment options (in installments), communication etc. Few points for improvement 1) Hotel Coorg International restaurant service is quite slow probably due to low staff. Although food was ok, we preferred to take dinner in another nearby restaurant due to sluggish service. 2) In terms of iteneiry, I think places to be visited could have been placed in logical way like locality, directions etc. Our iteniry was jumbled up covering places from opposite directions(eg.one place from Madikeri and Kushalnagar was alloted for 2nd day which are bit far) but thanks to our experienced driver, we covered places in logical order and per area. Overall it was nice experience !

We had travelled to Coorg and Mysore for 3 nights and 4 days holiday in May 2019. We thank Travel Triangle and Chill Memories for delivering on the promise of a great stay and tour. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and were pleased with the arrangements. Keep up the good work ,team Travel Triangle. The best part of our holiday was our stay at Coorg Jungle Camp Backwater resorts at Kushalnagar. It was a really refreshing and tranquil place to spend some quality time.

It was an excellent trip, Hotel in Ooty and Kushalnagar was excellent. Though there is scope for improvement in room service and food quality. Overall a nice experience. Itinerary needs to be well thought before the start of the trip.

Well, i agreed upon the plan and itenary shared by Victory World to go with the package. They initially offered Palm Era resort/ Devi Maani resort ( a top notch). I agreed on paying half the money at first for booking confirmation of the resort as they emphasized. Later confirmed me with the booking and sent the voucher details. 5 days before the trip, they called me stating, they could not find a booking confirmed on either of a hotel. And now offering Minister's Coorg , a hotel in Kushal Nagar on road side without AC at 34degree C temperature. Initially I did not agree but later considering it only before 5 days, I said go ahead with no option left. However, when I asked them to change the resort name and update that with hotel name in Kushalnagar , they denied stating it is not required. I think they might have taken money for Palm Era but booked a hotel which is 35kms away from Coorg on a roadside and did not even wanted to inform Travel Triangle ( feels cheated). Did not even bother to call once and check how the things are. I am happy with Travel Triangle but not at all with its vendor Victory World. I am not sure if Travel Triangle would action on this. I think they should as they say they are customer concentric. Other than that the Driver was excellent. It was because of the driver which made the entire trip ok. Else I would have filed a Chargeback and asked bank to stop the payment for Victory World. I am still thinking though. Dubara elephant camp.

Had a very pleasant experience with VFM travels. Completed a 3 day trip to Coorg with them. The tour was very nicely planned and executed. Covered all the favourite tourist spots.The driver was courteous enough to take us to some spots which was not initially planned for.Special mention for your tour coordinator Bhargavi. Area of improvement: #1Provide customer a choice to either stay in kushalnagar or madikeri for the coorg Tour depending on their budget. #2 The cab driver should be aware of the timings for the different attractions to facilitate the best way to cover the attractions. #3 The cab drivers should be a bit more interactive to provide a better customer experience Overall I would rate VFMtravels highly and would again look forward to travel with them The highlight of the tour was Dubare elephant camp. My daughter loved the experience.
