Overall we are very satisified with the trip and we had a great time. Trip was well oraganized. Cab was clean, driver was on time mostly. Hibiscus beach resort near Bentota, Kamrel hotel at Sigiriya, Magampura eco village resort at Yala were the best properties. As far as improvements are concerne

d: Hotels at Kandy was below average on all parameters. Food at Nuwarya Ellia hotel was below average, howver, they accommodated indian food request Most importantly, we should have been allowed freely to choose government authorized operators for whale watch, Madu boat safari , polonurwarya city tour who offered tickets at half the price compared to Glamour asia recommended operators. No such restriction was mentioned in the itinerary Also, we had to book tuk tuk at Merrissa as cab was not available for whole day Several places mentioned in itinerary were not covered on one pretext or another eg Ambuluwawa. adam peak, Zip line etc. On the other hand, we were charged 10K LKR for polonurwa sight seeing in lieu of village tour and cultural programme in which we were not interested Lastly, we should have given flexibility to adjust time for sighseeing spots a little eg some spot is more appealing than the other Overall it was a good trip and well organized Thanks to Travel triangle and its partner So many of them eg Lion Rock, Nuwarya Elliia, merrissa whale watch, tea lounge, gem making, Hibiscus beach resort with priavte area, lotus tower at colombo .. so and so forth

I am happy with the arrangements done by the Trip Travel hub company in Sri Lanka, They have provided good hotels and good car to go around. Although they can do a better job with planning the itinerary as we faced dificulty to cover everything that was planned in Nuwara Eliya, Kandy and Ramboda. We

liked the accomodation provided in Sigirya, Ramboda, Mirissa, but the one in Yala was not that great. The company also should have enquired about our food preferences and planned for restaurants where we could eat proper meals. everyday it was a challenge to find vegetarian restaurent to eat lunch and snacks. The best part of the trip was the hotel Oak Ray Tea Bush, the amazing view from the hotel room was really worth it. Overall the trip was good and satisfactory.

We were not very happy and comfortable with certain hotels like Summer Villa @ Ella, Turtle Bay Resort, Mirissa. It was a great trip as most of it was planned by us and was guided a bit by White Monkeys. Having a car with a driver at all times was great. The driver was also very sweet and humble. Apart from the things that worked there were many moments of miscommunication from the travel agent which made us

lose money. In certain cases we also had our shortcomings, but the discount opportunities were not communicated to us by the travel agent. We were misled about the timings of our jeep tour for Yala National Park, we were not told about the saarc country discounts, the driver had very little knowledge about places. All of these definitely made us feel that we overpaid atleast 200usd for the package. The travel agent also didn't accept these issues and chose not to respond. It was a great trip but these were the only moments of disappointment and frustration.

laces we wanted to, while also not having to check in and out every morning. Galle's charm left us longing for more. Since we did not stay there this time, we hope to be able to plan something short covering Galle, Yala, and Ella (because the weather and train tickets non-availability didn't help this time around) sometime in the future. The stays at Topaz (Kandy), Cinnamon Bey (Beruwala), and Radisson (Colombo) were great. However, maybe we could have worked on something better instead of Heaven Seven (Nuwara Eliya) - the room was okayish and the buffet was unexpectedly limited. Everything said, Sri Lanka's hospitality and warmth, in addition to your management/arrangements were quite impressive as we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Sri Lanka.
