How to Reach Bhutan

• By Air: Paro is the only international airport in Bhutan surrounded by some splendid mountains. The Druk Airlines operates regular flights to and fro from Paro to various prime locations such as Delhi, Kolkata, Thailand, Gaya, Kathmandu, Mumbai, etc.
• By Train: So far there are no direct trains to Bhutan, a traveler traveling from India can take a train to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station post which he needs to proceed further by a cab or a private taxi.
• By Road: Travelling by road is also a convenient option for travelers, one needs to seek a permit from the Bhutanese Government to enter the borders. Car or a private taxi will be a better option if one wishes to travel by road.
