Frosty mountain in Pahalgam were given good rooms. House boat experience at Srinagar was good except some communication gap between operator and boat organizer. On the whole , the tour went on well with Capture Kashmir. Also Thanks to Travel triangle.

to recommend all to book your trip through Hermosa trips. Only problem we faced was we had to book flight tickets from Srinagar to Jammu with a much higher price which was not expected. That happened due to landslide in Srinagar Jammu Highway. Though Farah managed the Hotel to airport drop the reschedule costs us Apx Rs 40000 more including that additional flight tickets and another day stay at Hotel . Initially as per package Katra Drop was included. Would have been more happy if any additional help in terms of some refund was there.

re unclean. Also the dining area had grey water leakage at multiple places which was not taken care of for over a week's time. We literally had to have our breakfast and dinner in smelly dinning room. Apart from these small things, the hotels were good. The cab driver was amazing and the service agent was good too.

need attention on food taste and non veg stink problem,bathroom accessories like toothpaste and hand wash soap. Electric kettle was there but no sugar and tea/cofee available.plz provide it in future. Sonmarg hotel staff behaviour was very good. Houseboat condition and staff behaviour was very good. But the same problem of bathroom accessories was not there. houseboat food was very good. In houseboat Towels should be provided of white colour because brown Towers were provided to us which seems unhygienic.You should pay attention on yours drivers whom you are providing to yours customers. Plz give them guidelines that they have to drive not too fast,deep cuts should be avoided, no long phone calls while driving. One thing i want to say that we have to drop Jammu instead of katra so taxi operator demanded 1500/- extra for this. When i calculated extra distance then found that for only 50 kms extra they charged rs 1500/- which was little disappointing. Mr. Javed reception in Real good time homestay was very very memorable and nice.

Each destination had its own charm—whether it was the breathtaking Dal Lake, the snow-covered Thajiwas Glacier, or the lush green meadows of Doodhpathri. I especially enjoyed the Shikara ride on Dal Lake, the Betaab Valley, and the Gondola ride in Gulmarg. The trip was planned in a way that allowed me to explore the beauty of Kashmir without feeling rushed. Transport & Driver Experience The driver assigned to us was very professional and well-mannered. His nature was friendly, and he guided us well throughout the journey. He made sure that our travel between different locations was comfortable and hassle-free. Hotel Reviews The hotels booked by Ozzo Kashmir Holidays were a mix of good and average experiences. Here’s my detailed review: Hotel Azara, Srinagar (2-star) – The service was average, and cleanliness was not up to the mark. (Rating: 2/10) Sea View, Srinagar – Service was good, and the stay was comfortable. (Rating: 8/10) Petals of Chinar, Srinagar – The worst hotel in the entire trip. No hot water for a bath, and the staff was not cooperative. (Rating: 1/10) Signature, Gulmarg – Service was excellent, and the stay was pleasant. (Rating: 8/10) Diamondstar, Pahalgam – A good experience, though there was room for improvement. (Rating: 7/10) Divineoak, Katra (2-star) – Service was just okay, nothing special. (Rating: 3/10) Overall Experience & Recommendation Apart from a couple of hotel experiences, the trip was well-organized, and I would recommend Ozzo Kashmir Holidays for their efficient planning and execution. The sightseeing was great, the transport was smooth, and the driver was cooperative. If they improve their hotel selection, the experience can be even better. Rating for the trip: 8/10 Would I recommend Ozzo Kashmir Holidays? Yes!

le even on Sunday midnight till we reached hotel. She planned everything perfectly for us. It was an amazing experience at Whistling Pines Resorts and Spa, Manali as we were provided with premium room for double-sided view of the Himalayas. The food of the hotel was of great taste. The inclusions of honeymoon package were wonderful. The only disappointment to us was the driver, which can be neglected with the services and support of Anushka and her company. Thanks for making this trip a memorable one for both of us. Look forward to avail your services in future too. Recommending to one and all who are here to read the reviews of the company.

d not related to driving but related to points, places to roam at. Driver was not aware about proper points detailing and was lacking bit of experience in terms of giving accurate info and details to passengers travelling, these caused us to pay at places where we actually did not need to pay. Agency has vast experience of handling customers no doubts in that part but there is definite scope of improvement at parts of arranging better transportations. 1. Katra Vaisnodevi 2.
