Shekar's 4 days trip to Odisha

Overall booking experience via travel triangle was good. Shibashis Das from Inde D Voyage helped us right itinerary for 3N/4D. Hotel "Golden Tree" at Puri was excellent with right ambiance and food varieties (breakfast was good) we enjoyed 2 nights stay at beach side. All staff members were well behaved and very supportive. Hotel "Vits bhubaneswar" was below average, I think renovation work was going on. 3rd floor lobby & rooms were stinking I never seen start hotel having Geyser in the bathroom hot water is available for limited. Dinner they served were horrible (full of green chilis in all the dishes) we escalated to chef and gave feedback. Anyhow they complimented with fruits bowl for free as we returned the dinner back. Worst part in spite of all these things they charged us bill for dinner, so ZERO star. Breakfast was good. Innova car was clear and good, but worst experience was driver (Sanatan Mohanty). Entire trip he was so lousy and dis-interested in this trip. He never came on time always made us to wait, he prefers us to come where his car parked rather than coming and picking us from venue (I travelled with my parents). He always kept on yawing, almost sleepy and disinterested to drive, this happened for all 4days. He took us lousy & average restaurants for breakfast & lunch. If asked for better places he says car doesn't go nearer to hotel the good hotel as roads are small . He was not flexible in the itinerary, no suggestions came from his side to utilize best travel time. His driving was horrible on highways he drives as 60kms/hr speed and in small roads tries to drive at 80kms/hr speed. He doesn't understand English or Hindi properly or may be he was pretending. We lost lots of time in traveling in his car. This is first trip I had very bad experience with driver. Negative Star... Next time if I choose TravelTrainagle I need to find out option how evaluate the drivers assigned before I accept the trips. We pay additional fees to get best services from TravelTrainagle, so request TT to see option how to evaluate the driver.

Chitra's 5 days trip to Odisha

Our trip to Odisha was well organised by 'Odisha Voyages' . The stay at Puri at Toshali Sands Cottages was an exemplary experience. The ambience of the resort is unparalleled. They serve a good breakfast with plenty of choices. The staff are also courteous and helpful. The stay at Bhubaneswar ( Hotel Excellency) was okay okay, nothing exceptional. The driver Rabi was extremely helpful, very courteous and obliging. We would have liked the Innova that was allotted to us to have 3 seats in the second row instead of 2 because when the baggage of all four of us was loaded in the back seat, there was only limited space for the person sitting at the back. If the second row had 3seats, the four of us could have accomodated ourselves easily. Thanks to Mr Sudhir of Odisha travels for the arrangements and prompt communication he maintained with us. Thanks to M/s Sushree also for welcoming us at the airport. Overall, Travel Triangle has done a good job in connecting us to Odisha Voyages, who did their job well. Being able to witness the flags being changed and Aarati at Jagannath temple at 5 o'clock in the evening. Visit to Pipli applique village, Tribal Museum, Khandagiri Udayagiri caves

Very great experience with TravelTriangle and its tour agent Mr. Shibashish (Inde D Voyage). I took the Cab service from TravelTriangle and they connected me to the Mr. Shibashish (Inde D Voyage). He is very nice and understanding person. I asked him for the drivers having good behavior and non drinking habits and he provided the best drivers Mr. Santosh and Mr. Sanatan Mohanty. They were also nice human beings and having familiar behavior during the trip and were fully awared of my trip area i.s. Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Konark, Puri, Gopalpur, Chandragiri etc. Next time I will also book the hotels through TravelTriangle for Odisha trip. Thank You TravelTriangle and Mr. Shibasish.

Sosmeta's 4 days trip to Odisha

The travel agent was very good and very accommodating. Shibasis provided us very good guidance for the entire planing of the trip and was always available to help and provide guidance. The hotel in Puri - Pramod convention was good. However the New Marrion at Bhubaneswar was not upto the mark. Very mediocre rooms. The main negative of the trip was the cab driver who was absolutely non accomodatative and at times extremely rude. He was not able to guide us properly or give inputs. This led to us not able to cover all the places planned. Inspite of the detailed planning we had to rush through all the places because the cab driver was not ready to provide inputs and give right guidance..

Keshary's 5 days trip to Bali

Trip was well organized by Rahul Raj ot Travel Triangle, Rahul Sukh and Ms. Kadek of Baligotrips.com in Bali. Barring a few minor aberrations the trip went off well. Particularly, the drivers and guide Mr. Yannick and Mr. Neoman were very professional and really excellent. Mr. Arik was also good. Stay at Encore Ramada hotel in Seminyak was exccellent. Stay at Alam Puisi Villa at Ubud was good because of the countryside ambience but its food quality and variety needs upgradation/improvement. Thanks to TT, Gurugram and Baligotrips.com for a memorable, short and sweet trip. - Jaivir Keshary Ray, Bhubaneswar

Govinda's 7 days trip to Bhutan

A week has passed since we returned from the Bhutan Trip and still unable to get over the wonderful time we had together. The holiday was ab unforgettable experience for all 10 of us in the Group. I traveled from Melbourne Australia to join my brother and sisters and their families at Bhubaneswar, then took train to NJP from where we were picked up by AD Tours and Travels for 6 nights 7 days tour of the wonderful land of Bhutan. Damber with who I made the initial contact is an amazing guy as he so meticulously arranged everything for us including tour planning, guide and hotels which really worked well for us and were to the liking of everyone in the Team. Phubjika Valley and Tigers nest were the most beautiful places apart from Timphu, Punakha and Paro. Suman Rai was an exceptional guide and so was the driver Jombay. Being an Australian Citizen, the tour fees were very high for me, however is worth of it at the end. Wherever we visited we noticed people are so nice and friendly. Many within the Team are dog lovers and noticed them so good to welcome the visitors at every place. They perhaps very well represent the humbleness of Bhutan. Hotel staff are very friendly. All Team members are aligned with the above score.

Pulinsamantray's 4 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

Pulin Samantray, Bhubaneswar, India I and my family have had a 3N/4D package tour of Gangtok, Sikkim. We have had a fabulous time spent along with beautiful weather conditions from 7th to 10th June,2019. Though due to constraints we could not visit the Nathula pass , otherwise we had great trip to Gangtok. Stay in the Summit Denzong Hotel & Spa at MG market was very pleasant with hotel service excellent. Barring few minutes late arrival of the Taxi on the penultimate day of departure rest of travel was by confident drivers cum guide. Mr Sanjiv Sharma of Zippi Trip was always at our calls away and readily helped any issue with his very polite and warm welcoming voice and resources. Also I would like to thank the two drivers cum guide (Rohit & brother) who negotiated the curves of the hilly terrain with supple skills and confidence of timing.Overall a fantastic trip we enjoyed as a family trip at Gangtok. look forward to avail in future for travel in India and abroad. Already one of my Sharjah colleague availed a Kerala Trip from your franchise by my input. Keep the good work and service up. Best of luck. Regards.
