It was good. Hotel food was not good. Driver behaviour was not good on returning date as he was too reluctant to stay for long.

My trip itenary was designed by Shreya from back2holidays. She has prepared the itenary according to my requirements and it was very well fitted. The hotels were good and made us comfortable during our stay. The diver given to us was very polite and covered all the places.

The trip was amazing. The prices were reasonable too with a good choice of accommodation. The only concern I faced was that the driver was advised to take a shortcut which was not that smooth but saved some kms and some tolls. This would have been fair provided I would have been informed of the same in the first hand. Other than that everything was excellent.

It was great experience of travel from starting to end of my tour package will meet again for new destination asap. Having fun with my family and spend a memorable time with them.

I travelled Lonavala over this weekend with my family. Trip was very well settled, all thanks to Back to holidays team and Shreya. Shreya was very helpful in arranging iternary as requested. Cab driver Arif was also very co operative, pick up was done on time and also sightseeing was done perfectly.
