Jigyasa's 6 days trip to Kerala

Recently we had been to Kerala through Comfort Destination. Mr. Robin planned the 7N/8D tour very nicely and we had hassle free tour. We, along with my parents, had wonderful journey throughout. We had AC Innova with Driver Mr. Liju for all the days. He was truly a great support all the time. Mr. Liju is so polite and intelligent driver. He was very enthusiastic and tried to show us each and every location during the trip. His driving skills are amazing. We arrived at Kochi and visited Munnar, Thekkady, Allepey, Cherai Beach and returned back from Kochi. The best part of this state is that it has everything from mountains to beautiful tea gardens, lush greenery, full of flowers, dense forest, houseboat experience in backwaters, Periyar Lake boating, jeep safari to grapes and vegetable plantation, jeep safari to tiger reserve, elephant rides, clean sea beaches and so much more. I would like to add that People of Kerala are really nice and sober. They are very helping and supportive. Despite the language issue we never faced any challenges. Food is also fantastic with use of awesome spices at all the resorts and local hotels. Thank you Mr. Robin for this awesome trip in proper budget with wonderful experience. This will be ever-remembering.

Ghoshalsubir's 4 days trip to Kerala

1. Broad bean Hotel at Cochin was noisy, stuffy room and sweaty restaurant with spicy food. Rest all good hotels. 2. The driver cum guide was less informative and was not ready even a kilometre of extra travel. He could have easily taken us to Cherai beach while on way to Munnar from Guruvayur which he later informed. 3. The travel agent although was helpful but couldn't arrange the itirenanry properly because of which we couldn't see Cherai beach and missed Munnar national park. 4. When a person book cab for 5 days, he expects that the cab is available for 24 hours. When I had fever and requested the driver to get me a medicine from nearby chemist shop at 9 PM he refused saying all chemist shops are closed. Later I was told point blank that the vehicle will not travel more than 100Kms per day even an extra KM is chargeable.

Gauravp's 6 days trip to Kerala

We had great time in Kerala… first day we stayed at Sea lagoon Cherai hotel. It’s a nice hotel with beautiful view of backwater. Second and third day we stayed at Amber dale Munnar hotel with breathtaking view … it is a great hotel with complementary activities… It was great experience… but we’re not quite impressed with houseboat stay. Rooms r very congested with only one fan…food is also not good but houseboat staff was helpful.

Roshan's 7 days trip to Kerala

First of all Mr. Anil Kashyap helped me with customizing the trip, and provided with the ample no. of 3 /4 star hotels as per my budget and also kept me updated with the nipah virus situation by getting the updates from the existing clients which were already on a kerela trip, which made me tension free for the trip. And most important for the trip to go very smoothly, he provided the experience driver Mr. Sunil Surendra who was polite, friendly and having much knowledge of every corner of kerela and its spots with the time duration. So, he used to plan each and every day very wisely, also he used to be present at 8:30am sharp in the morning to start the day early as there is lot of distance about 4-5 hrs between every spots to cover. We have customize the trip as below: 1 day Cherai 2 days Munnar 1 day Thekkady 1 day Allepey 2 days trivandrum. Started with Kochin Airport and departed with Trivandrum airport. But my suggestion will be u can take 1 day trivandrum and 1 day for Kanyakumari instead. Also try to carry ample of cash for adventure activites as there is network issue so upi payments wont work. Also been maharashtrian, I didn't like the taste of the non veg, chinese food, so my suggestion will be try to order simple veg food as the taste of there food is quite a bit different which u may or may not like. Last and the least, It was indeed a wonderful and a memorable trip, were we enjoyed a lot clicking pics on every possible spots which we cover with proper time limits. Once again many thanks to Mr. Anil and mainly to the driver Mr. Sunil Surendra.

Anthony's 7 days trip to Kerala

More than a review it is a constructive feedback. Travel triangle might want to enhance their work force to attend to the customer calls in emergency. I would say my experience with travel triangle as a platform was not so rewarding. Regarding the travel agent. They are a new team, who are learning with time. Our group was probably the first time the travel agents were handling a booking of this scale. With the initial hiccup of erroneous booking in a substandard hotel, they were quick to rectify their mistake and book an alternative better property. Special kudos to Madam Ritu Patra from Sunshine Vacations and Tourism, who was constantly in touch with us to make sure that our journey was going fine and was hassle free. However, I felt that there needs to be a better communication between the travel agent and the customer. A few instances: 1) We were not aware about the timings of availability of Chef at the Hotel in Cherai and Houseboat. The menu was limited. Though the property in Cherai, Sapphire Club Beach Resort, was excellent in terms of stay. The best part in House Boat was the food. 2) We were not aware about unavailability of Dinner facility in 'Hostess Thekkady' on Diwali evening. You don't want such hassles on a trip with elderly people along. Another important feedback is that, I would suggest guests to go for a good resort/ hotel in Alleppey instead of overnight stay at the House Boat. The quality of furnishing and Linen is not upto the mark in a typical Deluxe House Boat. Instead, one can choose evening and and morning rides to experience the backwaters. I too learnt as a guest. I would suggest travellers to research their stay arrangements adequately to have clarity on facilities they can expect at various properties. Thanks Waterfalls in Munnar, Stay at Cardamom County at Thekkady, Stay at Cherai Beach

I have booked kerala trip from back2travel (via travel triangle). That was really good experience. A perfect plan, perfect hotel selections and a perfect driver. Driver was really helpful and knowledgeable person. Being a pure vegetarian, we didn't feel any difficulty with our food. Cherai hotel, Munnar hotel, Thekddy hotel and alleppy Houseboat, every stay was pleasant, hygiene and all the staff were good. Houseboat experience was wordless. Gem of kerala. I am highly refering back2travels.
