Car and driver was so good...hotel al phata was also nice, you can still improve the stay and service at pipalkoti, the food was not that good, and the hotel room bathrooms were not in good conditions, overall stay at kedarnath camp was also nice and our agent jyoti rawat ji was also so helpfull for everything. Big thanks to Pooja for organising my trip to Bali in May 2025 in a well organised manner. This is my first international trip and your arrangements from ALS destination are truly awesome. We have had multiple drivers for our stay and special mention to Driver Nura. He was so punctual and very friendly. He helped us so much and suggested hotels according to our taste. Great highlight of the trip is stay at Nusa Lembongan. I think opting Lembongan island as per Pooja suggestion was incredible. We really had a great time exploring beauty of Bali . Thanks again to you for making this happen ❤️❤️!!! nice trip.

Trip was well organized with no difficulties, 100% satisfied. Cruise was extremely good and food was awesome, cruise crew team behavior is so well. Al places are worth watching The guides were poor not explained well, They were in hurry to finish their jobs, Only edifi temple guide is good, Rest all guides are poor rating, Hiring professional guides will add advantage to the trip. Abu simbel car driver and guide is so good with patience. Guides were stopping in the locations which is not included in the iternary and wasted the time, inorder to buy some arts and crafts products which is of no use, and wasted the time. Overall trip was organized well with no tensions, Egypt trip is worth watching places like Aswan, Luxor, Cairo & Hurgadha is optionalon your choice, We missed alexandria as it is not added in the iternary.
