staff was very welcoming and corrdinated with us according to our needs - 24X7 available for any services. Our driver was well informed and friendly. Over-all our trip was smooth and happening- as expected from travel triangle. Highly recommend. This was my second group trip with Travel Triangle. I have been to Kashmir before with a huge family group and that was exceptionally well organised too!

Resort was the complete opposite. The staff behavior was unprofessional and rude, and the service was overall pathetic. It was a major dampener on an otherwise perfect vacation. While Phuket is stunning, this resort made our stay quite miserable. I would recommend enjoying the sights of Phuket but staying elsewhere. We have some best memories from Phi Phi Island, Poda Island and Two Bay beach. I would like to visit Thailand beach and beauty again.

service needs improvement. 2) One of the Cab driver - in Hanoi/Halong trip (his name is Tung) has 2 bad habits (A) Smoking a lot. At times the inside of the car would smell (B) Always on phone while driving. he was either talking to someone or worse, texting with someone while driving on highway, city road. This was really uncomfortable. I have shared a video with Joanna where you can see him using phone while driving. this is just one such instance. Though, he was polite and on time but Asia Travels must take note of his 2 bad habits.

The time given for roaming around in Sentosa Island was very short (only half day) , the first half of the day was unutilised, so the island cannot be completed in the given time. Also, we have paid for Wings of time and Marina bay skypark but due to some reasons from their side, both were closed. Still I haven't got the refund for both.

t was not arranged. Also Parc Sovereign Albert Street didn't have complete details of my booking for which i had to talk to travel agent and send me booking confirmation with hotel. At one point Cab driver also caused us issue, he left us at hotel and went for city tour with other guest. Moreover he didn't inform us that he is leaving us, we kept on waiting for 45 min when i contacted local representative for what's the issue. Sentosa and Cruise have been memorable time. Do not ask for city tour, its waste. Nothing is covered by travel agents in city tour excpet for Merlion. Rather plan your city tour by yourself and cover Gardens by the Bay, Orchid Garden, National Museum, Merlion, Bugis Street, Clarke Quay, Chinatown, Singapore Flyer. In name of city tour they take only to Singapore Flyer, Merlion & Chinatown.
