      1.Travel agent should explain/include every detail of the sightseeing. For example - one of my sightseeing includes swimming, but my travel agent did not told us about the swimming. So, we did not come prepared for the swimming. 2. Travel agent should have told that some of these sightseeing are not worth it. Or it is only popular tourist attraction and the scenic view is average only. For example they have to tailored the itenary as per the taste of customer. Or should have send real photos/videos of the places. 3. Some of the travel agents did not reach out to us after giving their first offer/quotation. Atleast they have to message or call once a day to know the customer expectations. I know there were times when there is too much rush, but these small steps gave customer a satisfaction. And they did not feel leftout. Smooth travel experience with nice and tasty food. Hotels and hostel choices are also good.

      Huyen Le was an excellent travel agent who customised the tour according to my necessity, her choice of cruise and other suggestions she made were very good. She timely checked on flight arrival and departure and ensured everything was on time (though the whole city was impacted by typhoon yagi).She recommend to go with Signature Cruise rather than other big cruises available in the market which was so right, Signature Cruise gave a royal treatment.       The travel agent always gave quick responses to all the questions asked. The bus driver that dropped from our hotel in Hanoi to the cruise was very helpful. We had forgotten our phone on the bus and they searched for it and returned it to us the next day for which we are truly grateful. Islands tour with our tour guide Luan. We went for scuba diving and he made it a fun experience. He was very patient and friendly. He also came back and returned our camera that we left on the bus.

      Excellent and timely help all time round, We missed the first bus but the Staff of Go Asia was too good and made arrangements for a private cab, we had to pay, no doubt, But since we were late at the immigration office the day before, but still the driver was polite and very courteous at Hanoi Airport and took us to the destination Hotel, the market was nearby and we had a good time in Hanoi. But not in HCMC Airport since even though We came out in due course of time the Driver didn't carry a placard, we could not recognize each other and almost 30-40 minutes were wasted , the driver said he forgot in the Vehicle, but after the placard it was smooth sailing and the tour went well without any hitch. The Tour staff was too good and took good care of us and so were the guides in the bus. Explained all the details in very nice fashion. The best was the guide in HCMC on Mekong Delta Bay, the guide was too good and very humorous and had us in splits. We wish them well and Thank them for the courteous service extended to us. Thanks Again.

      All the assistance provided was awesome. The interactions I had with Mukul, Shalu of Kushark and Sophie of Bamboo Hat were all sweet smooth and professional. Halong Bay Area was like heaven on earth. In Angkor Wat I felt like I was a descendant of king Rajendra Cholan who ruled Cambodia and built that temple.
