We recently completed our trip to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer, booked through Back2Holiday. Overall, the experience was very good and we had a smooth and enjoyable journey. Positive Highlights: • Our travel agent Himani was very supportive throughout the trip. She guided us well, provided clear information, and was always available whenever we needed help. • Shailendra, the team manager, was also extremely supportive at every point. Communication from the team was excellent. • The hotels, arrangements, and itinerary were well managed. We did not face any issues during our stay. • Overall coordination from the Back2Holiday team was appreciated and made our trip comfortable. One Concern: • On our last day, the cab driver was not supportive, which led us into a situation where an auto driver tried to overcharge us for city sightseeing. This was the only negative experience during the entire trip. Except for this one incident, everything else was very good. Thank you to the Back2Holiday team for making our trip memorable.

I recently visited Jaipur and stayed at Hotel Harsoli Haveli. The overall stay was okay — the room and property were decent, but the breakfast experience was disappointing and definitely not up to the mark. While I was satisfied with the basic stay, I wouldn’t say I was fully happy with it. However, what truly made the trip memorable was the excellent coordination and planning by our driver and guide, Omveer. Since he is a local and knows the city very well, he planned everything in advance and ensured we covered all the major attractions in Jaipur without feeling rushed. He also took us to great places to enjoy traditional food, which added to the experience. I really appreciate the coordination between Back to Holiday and Omveer — their planning and support made the trip smooth and enjoyable.
