    A Roman Catholic Church, located right at the middle of the city was established in 1886 by the Mill Hill missionaries. It is the main church for the minority Christian community along with the All Saints Anglican Church. The church has seen years of violence committed against the buildings and has managed to survive the test of time through reconstructions and the faith of people. You can witness a new church bell that was installed in 2017 as part of the reconstruction process.

    The church currently belongs to the Jammu Srinagar Diocese and is located in the Baramulla region. Established in the year 1891, the church is one of the oldest Roman Catholic Churches in Kashmir. It was built by the Mill Hill Missionaries in an attempt to spread the teachings into the local populace. The best part is that the church is located very close to the airport, which means traveling here won’t be that big of a problem. The church performs Holy Mass every Sunday at 10:00 AM. On days, Mass will be conducted in the chapel attached to St. Peters School in Choglamsar, Leh at 7:00 AM.
