One should hire a sturdy vehicle, a 4×4, as the road conditions can sometimes make it challenging to negotiate with other vehicles.
By Bus: Although less frequent, buses operate from Leh to Korzok village near Tso Moriri. These buses are incredibly Cheap, but the ride may become less comfortable due to the long travel hours and basic facilities.
By Taxi: Taxis or private vehicles can also be hired from Leh. This would give more flexibility and comfort, with the freedom to stop at various points of interest en route.
