It is also not advisable to visit during the monsoon period, which is from June to August, as there is a lot of rainfall accompanied by fog that hampers the treks. The entry fee for each person is 30 rupees. Remember that you’ll need to bring some form of ID with you, as the spot is within the military grounds. For a closer look through the Nikon Telescope, it’s 10 rupees per minute per person. It’s worth it to examine the view from the peak closely. And lastly, if you’re driving up, the peak parking fee is 30 rupees per vehicle.
