Travel is the best remedy to remove stress, especially when you’re traveling with a person you love. For us traveling is a package of happiness, where we roam about, meet new people, discover new cultures, and explore new terrains.
As an entrepreneur, finding the time to travel is one hell of a challenge. But I always make sure I make time to venture out to places I’ve put down on my bucket list. I prefer exploring domestic locations, especially mountainous regions and beaches. I also like to take more of road trips, which have taken me to places like Ladakh and Spiti in the past. My wife, on the other hand, prefers international destinations. Yin and Yang!
I came across TravelTriangle when I was looking for Bali packages on Google and I sent a query after thoroughly reviewing the platform. I liked what they offered – they let you connect with agents directly as well as allowed scope for customizations.
After going through what all the agents offered me, I finalized upon Galaxy Travels, and then clarified all my doubts with Mr. Abhinav. He was very helpful as he suggested the best facilities (hotels, transfers, food, and more) within my budget and all facilities were up to the mark.
Our Unforgettable Honeymoon Trip To Bali
Here’s a day-wise account of our romantic trip to Bali:
DAY 1: Arriving in the enchanting land of Bali, Indonesia
At the airport, we were greeted by Mr. Oka Darpa, our guide, and Mr. Dharma, our driver for the trip. They helped us in getting our currency exchanged at the DPS Airport Bali and then we were taken to our hotel. Though very far, our hotel turned out to be better than what we had expected. Once we had reached Marbella Pool Suites, we checked in with ease and spent the rest of afternoon checking out the awesome property. Complete with a fancy private pool, extremely courteous staff, and stunning ambience, the hotel is a good choice for couples coming to Seminyak, Bali.
In the evening we left for the Bounty Cruise and had a pleasant time with each other amid the vast blue sea. We saw some great Balinese Dance along with other cultural shows before gorging on a delicious dinner.

DAY 2: Enjoying watersports & trying the most expensive coffee in the world
After a lavish breakfast, we proceeded for the most adventurous and awaited part of our trip – the watersports! And of course, we had a blast! After a thrilling round of banana boat ride, jet skiing, tube ride, and more, we wanted to go for scuba diving. Since it was not included in our package, we paid a little extra for this activity and soon we were swimming in the ocean amid colourful fish and corals! Though I have done this in India as well, it was an entirely different and thrilling experience here.
In the second half of the day, we proceeded to witness the sunset at the Tanah Lot temple. On the way, we had the chance to visit the Luwak coffee plantations, where we saw the process of coffee making through Luwak. We also tasted the 13 types of tea and coffees produced in Bali, before proceeding to buy some Balinese goods for our families.
We enjoyed the stunning views of the Tanah Lot temple located on the beach. We failed to capture an in-depth knowledge of the temple and Balinese rituals followed here since tourists are not allowed to enter the temple.
DAY 3: A day in Bali’s wilderness
After a delicious breakfast at our hotel, we proceeded for the next adventure on our honeymoon trip to Bali – Bali Safari from The Trans Hotel. The weather was perfect for this kind of a gig and the entire day we spent in Bali Safari was amazing. We witnessed the Tiger Show, the Mermaid Show, the Elephant Show, and also explored the freshwater aquarium, among other activities.

We concluded our day at Water Park in the Safari Campus itself. It was a very nice place with different breeds of animals.
DAY 4: Shopping and beach time!
The fourth day of our honeymoon trip to Bali was a leisure day, so we decided to go shopping. We booked ourselves a cab and went to the famous Agung Bali mall to get a handful of souvenirs and gifts for our family members and friends.

We had lunch at Queens of India and then proceeded to the beach to enjoy our last day in Bali. Thereafter, we went to our hotel to pack up and had dinner in the hotel itself.
DAY 5: Bidding farewell to Bali
After a lovely breakfast at the hotel, we headed to the airport to catch our flight and head back home.
WOW Moments Of The Trip: Scuba Diving | Bali Safari | Dinner at Bounty Cruise
Not-So-WOW Moments Of The Trip: Our water sports vendor did not let us do paragliding (which was a part of the package) saying the weather conditions were unfavourable. But then we could see other travelers around us doing it. Otherwise, the trip was great.
What We Missed Out On: We found ourselves wishing we had included a helicopter ride in our package.
We had the most magical time on our honeymoon trip to Bali. And we are glad we booked our trip via TravelTriangle. In fact, we have already suggested booking through TravelTriangle to many of our traveler friends.
