Things to do if you want to make the most of your Honeymoon trip to Bali
1. Ringing the Temple Bells!
Just as we arrived in Bali, we wanted our first stop to be the famous Tanahlot Temple where we offered our prayers and collected out blessings. The temple itself is majestic and simply captivating. I would recommend you to definitely add this to your list of places to visit in Bali. After spending some peaceful time there, we headed to the discovery mall for some shopping. After an eventful evening, we called it a night and head back to your hotel.
2. Walking Under Water!
Our next day in Bali was full of water sports and shopping! We head to the beach all thrilled for an exciting afternoon full of activities. We enjoyed a banana boat ride, parasailing and even enjoyed a motor boat ride. But what stole the show was the underwater walking experience which was quite unique and fun-filled. After catching up on some rest, the evening was spent exploring the local markets of Kuta and shopping souvenirs and little trinkets.
3. Exploring the corner of Ubud Village
The third day of our Bali escapade was spent touring the Kintamani and Ubud Village. We started with Mount Batur which is an active volcano in Kintamani. Later we headed to the main Ubud village where we explored a coffee plantation and a rice farm. We also visited the Uluwatu Temple and the Monkey Forest during our time there. I would recommend visiting the Ubud market if you are interested in home decor and some wonderful handcrafted decor items. Shopping in Bali is incomplete without visiting the Ubud markets.

4. Dining as we cruise!
The next day we woke up and straight away head to the beach since our hotel was right next to it. We enjoyed surfing and sunbathing the entire day. In the evening we dressed up fancy and head to our dinner date on top of a cruise. It was such an amazing evening, we enjoyed dancing and singing under the moonlight. The meal was just as exquisite and a perfect way to end the day.
5. The Private Villas Experience
The last few days of our trip were spent in Sanur where we checked into our hotel named Swan Keramas. It was a beach facing villas with an attached private pool adding the cherry on top! It was a great place to enjoy a relaxing stay simply enjoying the sunset at the beach and indulging in some morie beach activities. I would say enjoying a private villas experience is definitely one of the best things to do in Bali if you are looking for privacy and tranquility.

Answering your queries
What is the best month to go to Bali?
According to me any time during the summer and autumn months would be a great time to visit Bali. The weather is pleasant and can enjoy all the watersports you wish to.
How much does a week in Bali cost?
I would say a week long trip in Bali excluding the airfare would come out to be around INR 40,000 per person. In this amount you can enjoy a stay at a comfortable 3 to 4 star hotel, indulge in water sports, tour the city and feast on some delicious meals.
How many days are sufficient to visit Bali?
While that depends on the places you want to explore, I would say a week long trip would be enough. In time you can cover all the major tourist spots. However, if you plan to visit the nearby islands like Nusa Penida, 10 to 12 days would be ideal.
Is food expensive in Bali?
Food in Bali is not really that expensive but again, that depends on where you choose to eat. Street food and local restaurants are not expensive at all. However fine dining and dinner cruise can be heavy on the pocket.
