Day 1: Hello Maldives!
We boarded the flight from Kolkata and reached Maldives via Chennai and Colombo in 15 Hours. After we landed, we were received by the hotel representative who took us to our resort, the Paradise Island resort, by the ferry. The first views of the resort over the vast stretch of crystal clear blue sea waters was mesmerizing. What a sight it was!
After we reached our hotel, we were given a lovely welcome with drinks and taken to our room which was decorated beautifully. We rested in the room for sometime, post which we went to the beach to see the sunset. The beaches of Maldives offer the most spectacular views of sunrise and sunsets.
We stayed in the beach for sometime before coming back to our hotel for dinner and sleep.
Day 2: Maldives, you beauty
We had a sumptuous breakfast in the hotel post which it was time for beach therapy. The entire day was spent in exploring the beaches near the property, sipping colas and soaking in the sun on white sands.
At night, we were invited for party at one of the bars in the hotel. The party turned out to be a lot of fun, with DJ playing great music and lovely people for company while dancing to hip beats. The snacks and drinks were awesome!
Later, we came back to our room and slept off.
Hotel Review: Paradise Island Resort & Spa
A very beautiful property boasting of gorgeous beaches and swimming pools. The rooms are clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The food is fantastic with the staff taking extra care of your food choices. Sea food is delicious. The resort organizes a lot of in-house activities for honeymooners. A very comfortable stay option in Maldives.
Day 3: Beaches and sunshine
We were to shift to the Haven Villa Resorts this day. Post breakfast, we first visited the beach for swimming in the shallow sea waters.
We had lunch in the resort. Post lunch, we went to feed baby sharks. It was very amusing to see them take the food dropped by us in the ocean waters. In the evening, we checked into the Haven Villa Resorts. A special dinner was planned out for us and it was delicious.
Day 4: Moonlight Dinner by the beach
We got up in the morning, had good breakfast and proceeded to the beach near the resort. It was time to click some good pictures by the beach as it was our last day in Maldives and we wanted to capture all the beautiful moments.
At night, a special moonlight dinner was arranged for us, next to the beach. The decorations were beautiful, and the dinner was fantastic, with choices of both non vegetarian and vegetarian delights. We had a gala time. It was a perfect ending to our last day in Maldives.

A heavenly resort in Maldives. The water villas are beautifully maintained. The food served is amazing with various cuisine options to choose from. The staff is very cordial and warm and takes in extra effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
