Built in 1979 by Sri Sri Madanananda Swamy upon receiving a vision in his dreams, Koti Lingeswara Swamy Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Also known as Sri Umaparthiva Kotilingeshwara Swamy Kshetram, the main idol residing in the temple premises was brought from Varanasi and placed in the sanctum. The Shiva Panchakshari written manuscripts are buried at a depth of one foot beneath the main idol. One can also spot the symbols of Parvathi, Chandra Rekha, Ganga Devi and Bhasma Rekhalu on the main lingam. The temple is named Koti Lingeswara Swamy Temple because of the presence of one crore (Koti) Shivalingas on the temple premises. Apart from the Shivalingams, 148 other idols are also present.

2. Komati Cheruvu Suspension Bridge

The suspension bridge on Komati Cheruvu with a length of 241 metres and a 4-foot-wide walking track is a spot that should be on the bucket list of every tourist. One can simply take a stroll through the bridge and enjoy the serene views of the surroundings or even sit on the benches, placed at various spots. Located on the side of Komati Cheruvu Lake, Glow Garden was built to enhance the beauty of the lake. The garden houses water fountains, animal statues (deer, tigers, giraffes) and trees that are arranged with various lights. The 3-D screen in the garden displays animated creatures that look like real ones. The water laser screen show is an instant hit among the kids. Constructed to fulfil the water requirements of the nearby areas under the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme (KLIS), Ranganayaka Sagar Reservoir is spread over an area of 2,200 acres. The reservoir brims of the water from the Godavari River. People prefer to drive by the 14 km long road, that is constructed along the reservoir on one side as the sight is a treat to witness with all the scenic views.
