Best Time To Visit Srinagar

Srinagar is an all-around destination since it has beautiful scenery, water bodies, and colorful culture all year round. However, based on my findings, the most appropriate time to visit Srinagar is dependent on what one wants to achieve.

Summer (March to June): Srinagar is very beautiful, and the best season to tour the place is summer because the weather is mild and ranges between 15°C and 30°C. This season is good for travelers to engage in sightseeing and trekking, among other activities, while the environment is green.

Monsoon (July to September): Srinagar receives a heavy spell of monsoon rainfall, thus enhancing its beauty by converting the entire area into an oasis of green. The harsh is that some of the desired outdoor activities might be restricted because of the rains; on the bright side, however, the clouds, the greeneries, and lesser folks around.

Winter (October to February): This season, the temperature low is -2°C while the high is 10°C. The mountains and the vast, snowy plains, along with the frozen lakes, serve as natural attractions that are interesting for tourists willing to try activities in the snowy environment during winter.
