We started our honeymoon trip to Bali with much zest and joy right from the moment we boarded the flight. As per the schedule, we were supposed to reach the Ngurah Rai International Airport by 12:30 in the noon, but unfortunately we touched down around 2 PM. The flight delay was well compensated as both of us received a warm welcome with a garland and a refreshing drink by the local representative, who also escorted us to our hotel – The Kana Kuta Hotel in Kuta.

After checking into the hotel, we rested for a while as our dinner was scheduled on the cruise in the evening. The driver was quite punctual and arrived exactly around 5 PM to pick us up. Sailing amidst the blue waters, embracing the whispers of the wind, both of us spent a very relaxing and romantic time together. Post the dinner, we came back to our hotel by 9:30 PM and called it a day!

The morning on day 2 of our honeymoon trip to Bali kick-started with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. As soon as we were done with the breakfast, we headed out for our full day Ubud and Kintamani tour. One of the major highlights of this tour was the magnificent view of the Mount and Lake Batur with the smoky volcano in the background that we witnessed during our visit there. Both of us were completely taken aback by the beauty of Bali, and were in awe of it for the whole day.
Apart from this, we also explored the Monkey Forest in Ubud, Tegalalang Rice Terrace, and the Goa Gajah Temple. Spending time in the lap of nature was a quite rejuvenating experience for both of us.
Day 3 – Turning The Adventure Mode On
The third day of our honeymoon trip to Bali was quite packed with adventure and bliss. After having our breakfast at the hotel, we checked out and headed for the water sport activities. From Banana boat to parasailing and snorkelling, both of us indulged in some romantic fun together. It was surely an unforgettable afternoon of our trip!
Post the water sports, we left for Uppala Villa & Spa in Seminyak, our romantic retreat for the next two nights. The famous and sacred Tanah Lot Temple was the next place to be visited for the day. We freshened up in our villa and headed for the temple. Built on an ocean rock, this temple is an epitome of beauty amidst nature. While soaking in the gorgeous views of the sunset, we spent a memorable time here.
Day 4 – Our Leisure Day
After spending the first three days out in Bali, we decided to relax and unwind in our private villa on the second last day of our honeymoon trip to Bali.
Though, we did go out for some time to the nearby markets for shopping. But, staying in the vicinity of our hotel and spending a day away from the hustle and bustle gave us the privacy, everyone yearns for on their romantic getaway.
