In what is supposed to be “more than good news” for adventure enthusiasts and everyone else – white water rafting in Goa is starting soon and it is a monsoon exclusive! As per a Goa government official, the activity will soon start on Mahadayi River near Valpoi and aims to attract adrenaline junkies from all over India.
The Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) has also tied up with a top adventure sports video company to record on adventure videos which will be shared via WhatsApp or Google Drive on the same day.
White water rafting in Goa will initially start with seven rafts and will follow a course that extends for 10 km and is surrounded by picturesque sceneries making the whole experience a truly surreal affair.
Goa is known for its amazing water activities and adding an adventure one tackling the rapids is surely the right way to go for both adventure tourism and lovers.
As per a senior GTDC official, white water rafting in Goa is expected to start within a fortnight and to that we say, yayy! (We will update you when more details come in. Stay tuned.)
