We were picked up from the hotel for our visit to Lachen. Located at an altitude of 9,800 feet above the sea level, Lachen is a stunning hill town in the Himalayas. On our way, we passed through Singhik Village, a rustic mountain village. We were totally spellbound to see the scenic views from the Singhik View Point. The Seven Sister Waterfall and Naga Waterfall were also relaxing places to visit. After an exhilarating day of exploring Lachen, we returned to our hotel at Lachen.

An early morning drive to the Gurudongmar Lake was a refreshing experience. Located at a height of 17,100 feet above the sea level, this lake is one of the most splendid sights of Sikkim. After an amazing lake excursio, we returned to the hotel for lunch. Post lunch, our journey to the Lachung Valley began. This journey had some of the most breathtaking scenic sites on the way.

Located at a height of 11,800 feet, Yumthang Valley is a place that spellbind you with its magical beauty. The massive landscaped of mountains, valleys and its flora is beyond words. We also visited the natural Sulphur Hot Spring on the way back. We were told that this hot spring has medicinal relevance also.
