Soon those layovers will be a thing of past and you can utilize those extra hours sipping margaritas on the beaches of Phuket in Thailand or Male in the Maldives. Effective from October 11, 2018, you can land directly in Phuket Thailand from Delhi and Mumbai and from October 14, 2018, Male will have its direct flight from both Delhi and Mumbai too.
Not only is it GoAir’s first flight project in ‘international segment’, but also India’s first ever direct flight to Phuket in Thailand. This will make GoAir one of the five domestic airlines to enter into the international sector.

Cost of flights
While there will be two flights a week from Delhi to Male and Phuket, Mumbai will have a service of three direct flights a week to both these island destinations.
