The haunted house was inspired by Netflix’s popular show, Stranger Things; this was the star attraction. Besides, there were nine haunted houses as well. 2. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
On specific nights from August to October, Walt Disney World Resort’s Magic Kingdom looks like a riot of colours – there are lanterns, people dressed up as characters as well as other entertainment options for the entire family. Make sure you turn up in the quirkiest costumes and participate in Trick or Treat; it sounds like fun, doesn’t it? The name itself has spooky, so you know this one is a sure shot winner! This is a day time festival that also includes a pass to SeaWorld Orlando. This one is different, because there’s underwater trick or treat; yes, you heard it right and it’s called ‘Fantasea’! There are live shows too that aren’t as spooky plus there are whimsical sea creatures all around. You can also go around and interact with other characters including Elmo and the Cookie Monster. 6. American Ghost Adventures
This one is open all year round and we are so glad about it! The organisation does not really believe in creating a Halloween-like atmosphere, since they say real spirits lurk around this place! Visitors have seen shadows and experienced paranormal activities as well during the tours offered by the company. It’s a spine-tingling experience and the most popular tours are ‘Spirits with Spirits’, a haunted pub tour and ‘Dining with the Departed’, which is about having a meal in a haunted restaurant. If you are looking for the real deal this Halloween, this is it!

7. Spooky Empire
This is the country’s largest horror convention, which is held at the Caribe Royale All-Suite Hotel & Convention Centre. 8. 13 Films Of Halloween
Enzian Theatre, one of Orlando’s popular movie houses, is located only about 20 minutes from the downtown area. Through October, the theatre plays thirteen spooky films, which are mostly horror classics. Each flick also has a themed drink to go with it; that sounds like a whole lot of fun! If you are looking for some fun for kids, there’s also a separate Halloween party organised for them. Note that separate admission is required for all 13 films.
