    Lake Bohinj in Slovenia is the largest permanent lake and arguably the most beautiful lake in Slovenia.     You can reach Lake Bohinj from Zagreb in Croatia by the early morning bus service that starts from the Croatian capital up to the lake. Currently, this is the only international direct service to Lake Bohinj in Slovenia. Take a state/ domestic tourist bus from the Bus terminal to Lake Bohinj and then de-board at your destination just after about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Make sure that you buy the right bus ticket.

    You can either make an International road trip which would be highly costly or take an International Bus ride to the Ljubljana terminal and then from there change for your destination at Lake Bohinj.
